Charged but not delivered

I usually get great service from Best Buy, so I want to give feedback so they can improve to their usual high standards. I bought a Microsoft 365 subscription through Best Buy a few years ago and have had automatic renewal annually since. This year, Microsoft CANCELLED my subscription. I could not access my Word, Excel, Powerpoint, or other documents. They said to reinstate I had to pay Microsoft immediately and directly, so I did, using another credit card. BEST BUY STILL CHARGED ME FOR THIS YEAR'S MICROSOFT 365 SUBSCRIPTION, although they did not provide it. I am disputing the charge. Please resolve this issue and resume your usual high quality service.

Classic Outlook handles multiple email addresses well but doesn't refresh correctly. New Outlook doesn't handle my business email accounts at all. Word fortunately remains stable. It is still better than its competitors.
