I Hate the Way you do business

It really really makes me mad that I have to pay a yearly subscription or Microsoft locks me out of my own files on my computer. Not everyone wants to live their life and all their files online. I HATE IT that you can lock me out of my own files if I do not pay you yearly. But you have me between a rock and a hard place, so I have to pay you yearly!
