Convenient Softwear Subscription through Best Buy

Annual renewal is necessary for the instrument to function. We renew the "subscription" through Best Buy, which is convenient and takes no effort on our part to research alternatives, including other routes of paying for renewal. Thus we do not know whether any alternatives exist or might be better than through Best Buy.

I don't understand why something that was included in the purchase of your computer in the past, that you didn't have to subscribe to everyone, is now a yearly subscription
