    Highly recommend having the family plan. It’s a cost savings in long run. Even if you are tech savvy the connivence and peace of mind in obtaining the essential 365 bundle which we all need and knowing you can get easy access support is worth the cost.

    We use our lap top computers for a variety of record keeping and documentation. We definitely need and use our Microsoft 365 Family subscription. It is used for several computers.

    The Family 365 pack helps with all the applications I need for both our home needs, and my work as Treasurer of a club we belong to. I can do all the office work I need to quickly and efficiently.

    The only reason I have this is because I was too busy to figure out how to cancel it. It's a good product but paying 100+ a year does not make sense for my basic office needs.

    Customer service was great in getting the Microsoft Office 365 set up for us on the phone. Very polite and patient with me in going thru the process of set up. Highly recommend them to anyone wanting to get office.

    Windows is a MUST for me. I love Excel for budgeting. Word for basic documents. PowerPoint for quick easy presentations. It is so user friendly and simple.
