I bought the 5 key edition so my 3 kids that are still in school could have it on their laptops and the rest for mine and my wife's computers. Office handles everything we need it to do, and the yearly subscription makes sure we are not out of date.

I simply call the number given and get set up with an appointment with a professional tech person. The Geek Squad has some truly remarkable techs who solve hard stuff really quickly. The fee for going on site is new but given the time involved for the tech it is very worthwhile!!
