Love my MS Band 2 it has multiple applications that are actually useful. Cannot wait to try the golf function. Very comfortable and holds charge for around 48 hours. I keep the charging cord next to my chair so when watching tv i just plug it in to charge. Really enjoy it and was surprised on how many steps taken during a normal day. Sleep information is very interesting.

Need to have easier directions for use , battery life is OK but need to charge the band twice a day and that is not even using the clock lit all day.

After 13 months using other band (different Brand) and starting to receive very weird lectures of my statistics, I decided to change to a more advanced device and I start to check models with HR readings. It was the beginning of October and I realized that the new Microsoft was almost in the market, I follow all the updates in the different specialized webs, I attend (via web) to the Microsoft presentation. After 30 days, I bought the band. I need to say that from an appearance point of view, the design its clearly an improvement from what I had previously and I was very happy with the stile, however everything else quite disappointing. The readings, especially the HR ones: completely wrong!. The first day, I realized that I was running a 6,2 miles/hour in a treadmill and my heart was beaten at 135 bps (no I am not an Olympic Athlete) but a 45 year old accountant slightly overweighed. The following run day, I decided to bring my heart band to have a double lecture and again the readings were always weird. A second major disappointment is related to the software and the app (and I am saying this about Microsoft!!!) to follow all your data, I found it very limited and with no real add value: sleeping, steps… After 6 days of testing it I returned to Best Buy for a different model in other brand 100 USD less.

The band provides a lot of functions for the money. But I ended up returning it because the buldge for the battery bothered my wrist .. I have a small wrist. Best Buy made the return very easy.

A bit bulkier than we would prefer. Looks a little heavy on wrist, although its functions are very good.

I was looking for a decent replacement for my Fitbit. This watch was the most compact and comfortable of all the ones I tried. I was not really in the market for a "smart watch", but I have to say, I love this watch, and I can't get over how much I use most of the features on a daily basis.

I love my MS band but my only complaint is the battery life , especially when you use the GPS, beside that it's great, pricey but worth it.

Love the band. It has your standard fitness tracking ability. Like the specific activity tracker for running, exercise, sleeping, etc. Like the GPS. Also like the communication features with text and phone notifications. The Microsoft Health portal is great too. Using the MS Health Portal and MyFitnessPal, I have all the tools I need to live a healthier lifestyle.

Very easy to use..You can change the display colors.I like the way you can add different activities right to the band. ...Pick out your own workouts..strength activity is nice to have....good to use for lifting weights...works great with my Samsung Note 4....You can even add Starbucks to your band and purchase your favorite beverage..it does a whole lot more...

The band is great, and I love that it keeps up with you. The only thing is it is uncomfortable to sleep in, and it does monitor your sleep.

I did a lot of research before finally deciding to buy the band 2 and i have not been disappointed. My requirements were very specific, a wearable that serves as a good health measuring device and does that one thing very well. After having used it for almost a month, i can confidently say that it was the right choice. I would definitely recommend this product.

When I was looking to get a smart watch I looked at a bunch of options. What lead me to purchase the Microsoft Band was the combination of features, fit and feel, and compatibility with my phone. The only real thing I could complain about is the battery life being only 2 days but compared to other smart watches is longer than others with the same features.
