Band has torn after a few months of having it, but Microsoft will replace it for free. Has a lot of nice features.

I almost love this little device. It looks great, the quality of the screen is unbelievable but the design is uncomfortable. It has all the sensors you need included and they work close to perfection, giving really accurate readings and measurements. Sadly, while working out with your arms the device hurts the wrist. Battery life is good, almost two full days with regular connection settings with the mobile app. If you're looking to buy a fitness tracker, I recommend it.

I had the first Band, it was ok but I didn't like the build quality and it constantly loss connection. With this one is really like the contour of the band (fits much better) and the sensors. My only compliant is that I've had it for about about two months and at first everything synced just fine but now I don't get notified of text messages and calls like I didn't at first.

Can't complain for the price. Nice style and comfort. A little difficult to set up though. Would still recommend it

Great product, My wife loves it she upgrade to this from the fitbit which wouldn't connect to her phone properly.

So many features drain the battery, before i was with the UP3 from Jawbone and battery could last up to five days, this i have to charge almost every other day. Sleep monitoring was automatic , i was able to do some improvement on my daily habit upon recommendation of the UP software like drinking water, sleeping earlier or more. UP3 was replace 3 times before i gave up.

Well versed employee on the various products. The price was great and I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

It could be more robust considering the price vs. its competition which can do the same at a lower cost.

I bought the first band and thought it was great and then the second band came out and I had to have it. It tracks everything (I do running and sleeping) apps the most and the 2 day batter life really nice and the quick charge up time (as little as 30 minutes, the length of a show) and I'm good to go.

Bought this for my husband, he loves it. Very user friendly. Highly recommend to the older generations in regards to heart rate and sleep status Had to buy two more one for my dad and mother-in-law and of course they loved them. My dad said very eyeing to the amount of sleep he gets a night.

I had the first band served well but the second one is a world away. I recommend to get it worth the money.

I had the original band and loved its function but not the fit This is a great step up in fit Love it

This is my second Microsoft Band having owned the first and second edition. The second is a huge improvement regarding wear-ability and functions. I like mine so much I bought another for my wife. She changes the color of the display every day to match her outfit... Anyway, both new units have worked very well and last a full day on a charge while using most of the offered features. I especially like the running and hiking apps.

I really like the feed of text messages and other notifications from my phone to the band. It is really nice not to have to dig my phone out of my pocket during meetings. Reduced by one star as I am currently sending it back to be replaced. The band cracked all the way across about a 1/2 inch from the screen. Looks like there is not enough stress relief built in where the parts from the screen end and wraps around the wrist.

Worked great as a fitness band and great for notification which is main purpose of current watches
