Excellent product, but the battery life is not the best when used to track lengthy activities.

I jest love how it can track your sleep and the how it tells me when I need to beat more active

This was the second band I have had from Microsoft and the outside they have made make this a great band to purchase. The curved display fits better around the wrist and isn't as bulky. Having the added benefits of floors reached and uv exposure make it good if your outside a lot.

Great fitness tracker records accurate information and connects very well to my windows phone.

The Microsoft band was OK fitness band. Had to replace it after just 6 months because the band split on both sides of the face. When I attempted to replace it Best buy was no longer carrying or supporting the product. I was able to select another fitness band as a replacement. Excellent customer service offered through Best buy!

Tried everything out there even the first generation surface band and by far this is the best.

Very satisfied with my purchase, the step count is very accurate. I also like the charts that does sleep analysis. Heart monitor is very accurate too. Battery life is very good too,it lasts about 2 days with normal usage. The watch doesn't seem to support any language other than English so when I get a text in Farsi font I can't read it. That's the only flaw that I found, other than that I'm happy with my watch.

This is a great device if you only use it to interface with your cell phone. It also does a great job tracking your physical activity ! It has many modes, and with the GPS features you can Keep a map of where you went. Golfers also have a great tool to use with this device.

I owned the original MS Band and really liked it. The Band 2 is all that and more. It is a valuable fitness tool for me -- a sensible low carb diet and exercise feedback from Band have enabled me to drop 30 lbs in four months and get back in good shape. I love my Band 2.

Been using it for almost two months, we can confirm that it does not keep an accurate step count, we see it counting steps and floors while we are just sitting down say working on the computer, this does not bother me as much, once I do get up and walk it does a fair step count, overall it's still helping me stay active as I've just increased my daily step count to compensate, I'm still getting the benefits.

The Microsoft band 2 is awesome works great the HR monitor is fantastic. The sleep mode works well. I do like the starbucks app on there kinda cool. I have it connected to myfitnesspal and Microsoft health.

Brought after looking at all bands available in store. Packaging was good and paper manual adequate. On Line help very good. Strap fits wrist comfortably. A little disappointed it not water proof as it means I have to take it off when washing the dishes and my hands.

The battery life is short. Though a fully charged battery is claimed to have a life of 48 hours, I do not see its charged life spanning for more than 24 hours. If I forget to put it for charging overnight then I can't use it the next day and it defeats the purpose of monitoring the activities. Also, charging takes long time.
