I love this band... Better then the other bands I've have

I really like my fitness watch because it tracks everything that I need it to while working out. I would recommend to a friend.

Great device, easy to use, charges quickly, comfortable

It's a great product at a great price. It keeps track of everything that I could want when I'm exercising or just having a regular day. Let's me know if I'm being too lazy or not. Receives text & phone calls to the point where I may leave my phone some place else & then get the text or phone call to my band. It's solid & well made.

It is more than a toy, It produced biofeedback for me. Made me more aware of myself.

I won a Fitbit. But because I have a windows phone, I decided I'd rather have the band. I'm actually enjoying it. When I'm in a meeting and my phone is on vibrate, I can look at my wrist and see who is calling or texting. I can check stock quotes, the weather, news and many other features. And of course it will track my workouts.

I had the Garmin fenix 3, and wanted something a bit cheaper! Well I read some good things and bad things so I decided to try this out! Got the band 2 home, set it up, and went on a run. It is a bulky band, and I didn't like what it showed me on the band during my run! I returned this and went and bought a Garmin Fenix 3 HR!

This band is so much better than any of the fitbits

Bought it for my daughter who wanted a less expensive one. She was very happy with this one as it had more functions.

Followed charging and care instructions as directed yet this band was sent back to Microsoft on two occasions for replacement due to battery charging failure. I'm now on my third malfunction in about a year and they will NOT honor the 1 year warranty because I exceeded it by about a month. No extensions given for replacement units!!!??? Never buying another Windows product again - you've lost me as a customer. In addition, from the first malfunction all Best Buy did was to give me the number for Microsoft customer service and sent me on my way to call them on my own - lovely. How about some customer service for all the $$ I've spent at Best Buy?? - guess I'll be looking elsewhere for my electronics needs and keeping a keen eye on customer service. Not satisfied one bit with either Microsoft OR Best Buy. So be it - my money will be spent elsewhere.

Microsoft Band 2 ~ Best smart watch ever! My friend just had a triple heart bypass... Needless to say, I care about his health. So I decided to buy him the Band 2. He can now monitor a whole host of health details that his Doctor can use as critical data to help in overall health assessments. great product to be sure!

Few improvements will make it perfect. Microsoft health app is a major plus.

I tried a few different smartwatch/fitness trackers. This is by far my favorite. I owned the first version of the band and then had to buy the second one when it came out. Way better than the first and can't wait to see what they do with version 3.

On my way to leading a healthy lifestyle and was undecided about which activity band to purchase to help me on this journey. After some research and a very helpful Best Buy employee I chose this band and I couldn't be more happy with my decision.

I wish it could be able to turn the normal way like watches to view better

The microsoft band is easy to see, understand, and personalize to your fitness goals. It is durable and that is a big point. I had fitbits and a garmin device and they just broke. This one is also sstylish with great battery time before charging

The Microsoft band is a great product, and with the 2nd version they've really improved some features. However, I failed to read up in forums about the common random screen cracking issue the band 2 is having. I've since upgraded to another brand, but if you do purchase this make sure to get it protected.

Purchased 15 FEB 2016. Today is 28 JUN 2016, and this Band now shuts off (will not turn back on) within minutes of taking it off the charger. Battery indicator shows full, so there must be something else going on. Time to take it back to Best Buy - glad I bought the 2 year extended replacement warranty.

I was so pleased with my initial purchase, I convinced my husband to purchase one as well. He is quite happy.
