Customers are saying

Customers are impressed with the sleep tracking, notifications, price, GPS, and ease of use of the Band Smartwatch (Small). They find the sleep tracking to be a bonus feature, appreciate receiving notifications for calls, emails, texts, and Facebook messages, and consider the price to be reasonable for the features offered. The built-in GPS is also well-received, and many users find the watch easy to use. However, customers have concerns about the battery life, durability, size, design, and comfort of the watch. The battery life is seen as rather short, and some users have experienced issues with the watch falling apart after a few months of use. The size and design of the watch are also mentioned as drawbacks, with some users finding it bulky and uncomfortable, especially on skinny wrists.

Microsoft band is a great product when it comes to fitness tracking. It tracks workouts, running, cycling, golf and you can load app like facebook and starbucks. Its very good value for the cost.

Worked for about 3 weeks before it stopped keeping accurate count of steps and sleep. I bought it instead of the FitBit because I liked the design better and it was $50 cheaper than the FitBit I was looking to get. Definitely a wrong move!

I really liked the microsoft band. It has just the write number of fitness apps for my needs. I also liked that I could sink it to my iphone. However, after I upgrade the operating system, the band and my phone would no longer sync. Marjie

Loved the band unti I found out it can have NO water contact. Not even to wash your hands. Great display and ease of use, but who wants to remove it every time you need to get your hands wet??

I have a small wrist and even the "small" was way too wide. Because it's not flexible on the top, it looked funny on my arm and was uncomfortable. I ended up returning it.

Thought I'd write a quick review since this product probably won't be on this site for much longer (the larger sizes aren't there anymore#. For the sale price and features the original Band is a great deal. I've used it for almost three days now. It's true the band doesn't feel too comfortable at first but I got used to it. While wearing a coat I forgot I had it on. Small size was the only one left in the store and seemed tight at first but now fits snug facing up or down. Band has a few settings on it but the rest, like personalization, are accessed in the phone app. On the band it's easy to navigate the tiles and find the daily counts for steps, calories burned, etc. HR and sleep monitor seem accurate #counted my own heart rate and compared it) but I haven't done a workout yet with the band. It's been running out of the box for a day and a half and still has just under half the battery power. I haven't used GPS yet either, but that probably eats up much more battery power. Getting calls, emails, texts, and FB messages is a welcome feature. The band's style isn't bad either. I gave it five stars for good reason but there are some minor concerns. Maybe it's my android phone but the weather app kept sending me updates every half hour and I couldn't find out how to change that. Even worse was when the google app updated on my phone the band would keep telling me how much time was left for the update every 15 seconds. Got annoying. Also, when a call came through the notification app would give me three different notices for the same call. First, the number, then the contact, and then it would say when the call connected. One notification is fine. Three is too much. May that can be changed. The final concern is the screen durability. It hasn't scratched like others have said but there is a small spec or dot on it now. I can't feel it and it's only noticeable when the screen is off. Just got a screen cover to avoid any future damage. Sometimes there are a few finger smudges that look like scratches. Anyway I meant this was a quick review because I've only had the band a couple days. For $80 I think it's definitely worth a try.

I wanted to track my heart rate and did not know how to use it for just heart rate at first so I put it on sleep mode while I was getting injections to see where my heart rate would peak and it told me that I was asleep for about 20 minutes during the procedure. Also I would try to track my sleep other times and it was not accurate at all. That is the main reason I bought it.
