It has a special connector the designed for the Xbox controller. Xbox Series X compatible. Also fits the series 2 controller. I recommend it.

Flat out not good and breaks

It simply cannot handle being pulled out of that socket too many times. No getting around it. And there still is no true wireless option??? Confused how this is a problem in 2017. But there is literally no other option, besides super cheap third party wired headsets.
