Stopped working after a few weeks

After slightly over three weeks the audio stopped working. The sound was garbled to those listening remotely. Will not buy this product again. Have bought a Turtle brand headphone and works great. This was used with great care and not transported to another location. Also, this is the second exact same headphone that I bought and both had the same problem. Too late to return the first one. Will try to return the second one.

If you do not want to hear your surroundings or need clearer conversations, I would not recommend this Headset.
