Disappointing

We've gone through 3 of these already and have only had our Xbox One for a year. This is no fault of Best Buy, just a poor quality product from Microsoft.

Good idea, not so great quality

The quick mute/unmute button was handy, but the mic stopped working and gave a loud static noise to the other party members.

I really wish The Xbox stopped attempting to use proprietary connections all together...but the mute button attached at the bottom is nice. Had some connection issues at first but was able to work around it. It's overpriced, but not sure what the alternative is!
