I don't know, I just thought it would be as easy as plugging it in to my kid's xbox controller (we have xbox one) and it would work... apparently, not so...

No frills on this and works exactly as expected. My original one lasted for almost two years and just needed to replace it.

I am in limbo with this headset. I am glad I purchased the warranty. This is the third time I am returning one and replacing because it constantly has something wrog with it.

This is a good replacement headset for the OE one from Microsoft. It does the job, but it would be nicer if the cord was a little heavier duty since it’s easy to yank out

My son needed a new one. He has no complaints. He can interact with his friends during online gaming with no problems.

These headphones work great. I have no problem with them but I purchased rhe extended warranty just in case.

I bought the original Xbox 1 headset, I like it cause it's easy to use, it has a big mute button for when someone walks in and starts talking you can find it quickly so your online friends don't hear.

It’s alright for the price. Does not do much at all. I will probably return in the next couple days and buy something more expensive with more function.

This product does exactly what you need to. If you want to get something fancier then go ahead but this does the trick.

I would suggest this for a younger child just for a quick headset but it breaks easily and doesn’t have good hearing quality

There are better headsets out there. I chose this one for the price. If I had to choose again, I would opt for ones that cover both ears. This headset can be difficult to remove from wireless controller.

It's my second set. they are very fragile. If you game consistently, buy a better head set. If you're a casual gamer, its perfect to do raids as a fireteam.
