Its a fairly cheap, simple to use headset. Doesnt play game through headset, only chat.

I had to replace my stock headset that broke. So it's fine i suppose

Have had it for a few months. Already cuts out. Poorly made.

When moving around the wires break right at the plug. It broke within 2 months of me buying the x-box one. Unfortunately there is nothing else for x-box one right now. For a $500 game system you would think it would come with a better headset.

Not easy to set up and requires adapter. Not clearly marked.

I do not recomend this, it is for chat use only. You can purchase the astro a10 for less and you will have audio and chat. Not worth it

I have to connect and disconnect it at times for it to work.

I bought direct from microsoft thinking "this will work" absolutely does not work. I can hear but cant talk and i find out this is a general problem with this product and it's 50/50 working or not out of the box. At least playstation puts out working products.

Well let's start with these don't work with any of the newer wired controllers with a 3.5mm jack. Uh just don't buy these there are better options for around the same price. Don't waste your money.

Had to return more than once using the Best Buy protection plan (each time I paid to extend the warranty). There seems to be an issue with the workmanship. It would be nice if Microsoft would address the issue. Mic stops working for no apparent reason.

Terrible. Totally not worth it. Was just trying to experiment with different headsets at a reasonable cost but this ain’t it.

The headset which I purchased because it was smaller for my 8 year olds head already does not work. And of course it is January 19th and cannot return after January 15th. A wasted $25.

I bought this for my 9 year old and he used it for a few days. He said it didn’t work very well and not using it anymore.

didn't work fully from the beginning Glitchy at first then no use whatsoever unless you tangle the cord in a specific position

Product doesn't work... No one can hear anything I say, and I can't hear anyone else. Tried multiple times on multiple games.

I refused to use the headset @ 1st..Didn't think it would be comfortable..However after a few heated matches of COD..I figured might have to, for better teammate communication..Now while not earth shattering great..They are not bad for out the box..I can hear people clearly and hear who they are talking to in the background..The fit is multi-adjustible..ear piece swivels up/down, front/back..The mic goes up and down..and the mic can be above your head and people still can hear you..The volume/mute set-up is nice and right the there on the controller..So u don't have to worry about getting shot in COD..While adjusting or muting..Overall I give it 4.5/5..it's a great accessorie that comes with the X1, but I can't see paying $25 for it.. $15-$19 is a better price range..However it's leaps above the 360 wired headset..

Received as a new item opened and because of covid didn’t keep box it was broken before we even used it

Worked for a few days. Then my son could hear his friends, but they couldn't hear him. Returned it to get a different headset.
