Good headset but would like to see more comfort for the money.

The Microsoft Xbox one chat headset is just amazing for the very affordable price. It is super comfortable and so durable. Chrystal clear chat.

We needed a quick replacement for my son. I was grateful for the reasonable price and easy access. The quality was good. The staff was helpful.

Quality is good for chat but occasionally mic cuts out and has to be unplugged and plugged back in a few times. Can’t run game audio through the chat models but I prefer to only have chat in my headset anyway so this works fine.

This is a good headset to bundle with the Xbox console. Good value for the price, it works perfectly.

This Mic in my opinion is the most cost effective mic you can get. Cheap, yet fully functional.

Bought for my 16 year old son , he loves it so I love it. Works well at a reasonable price.

My brother has gone through three headsets, and finally upgraded to Turtle Beach headsets. My headset has just died as well. There was no warning, I just went to use it today and they don't work. Tried updating my controllers...tried cleaning all the USB contacts...I even tried rebooting everything. They just stopped functioning. At $25 a piece, it's expensive to replace these every several months.

its a good mic for the price, not the best but its good for chatting online !

the headset came with my xbox one i bought it on aug 2nd 2014 and there is a short in the adapter it worked fine and tonight i was using it and i can hear my friends buy they couldn't hear me if i moved the wire they could so i called xbox bc its still under warranty and they said its not covered they only cover headsets for three months there already getting $60 a year from us at least cover the product if the headset came with the xbox it should be covered under the one hear warranty

It definitely does the job, but it isnt the most comfortable thing ever.

These things work when they feel like it, the connection randomly doesn't let me talk. They are way flimsier than the 360 headset. The wire is super thin and the way they made the connection to the controller your very likely to break the cord unplugging them from it so every one I know who has 1 doesn't ever take it of for fear of destroying it. My cat bit the wire twice while sitting in my lap, popped him and realized those 2 bites went right through the cord. He has went for my phone charger while I was sleep and no damage 2 bites a week ago and its outta there.

My son loves his headset, even though at times he can't hear me call his name lol. I would recommend it to anyone with a Xbox One!!!!

Finally! Now i can hear children making vulgar comments to me while playing call of duty. it works. transmits and receives voice communication. not great, not terrible. bought because my first one broke.

This product has worked great for XBox One to be able to chat with friends during games. It connects to the controller.

Why can't they come out with a wireless one like the 360 HAD!?! I mean this one does the job but give it a year or two and .... DONE. Happened to me twice now. I can hear them but they can't hear me.

I didn't think I'd have to go back to Best Buy 3 times in a matter of 6 months to return this headset due to poor quality or rather, no quality because after a while, my son cannot hear the other gamers. Today, I'm going back to Best Buy to bite the bullet and purchase a more expensive headset with much better quality.
