One of the worst headsets I have ever had

This is though by far the most uncomfortable headset I have ever worn in my history of gaming. I hope they can release a new headset soon.

Don't buy cheap!

They worked for about 3 months and now the microphone doesn't work. Tried it with all of our controllers and it shorted out our other headset as well. So no we are left with 2 broken headsets and can't even return the one we bought from Best Buy because of their terrible return policy. I have to contact Xbox directly for an exchange and their automated systems are the absolute worst! Do not buy. The quality is exactly what you would expect from $20 headphones.

Awful headset.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love the console, but the fact that I am forced to use this headset until roughly February of next year, because Microsoft didn't have a chat adapter ready for launch is unacceptable. This headset is really just a cheap piece of plastic that does not do much.
