These headsets do not seem to last very long. This is the second one in less than 12 months. My son is gentle on his, I can't imagine if he was at all rough on it.

Works great. My kids broke the one that came with the box when I got it. This one replaced it.

This headset comes with included with the system and is good for folks who can handle items with care. I think it needs a little more reinforcement for children.

At first, this plugged into the controller made the controller seem bulky, but it really isn't, and it is nice having the mute and volume controls at where your hands would be already. Also, the quality of sound for me and the person I am talking to is fantastic.

Had some issues at first with the headset not sure if it was the console or headset but working now and I love it

It's not a good thing that Microsoft does, I don't like the style of these headphones and they are uncomfortable. But not choice with the link in the bottom

This headset is better than the one that came with my xbox one. However, it's not top notch.

Don’t waste your money on those expensive headsets. These work work even better then a pair I spent 100 dollars on. They were turtle beach and they were distorted and the charger port on the headset went out and they refused to honor their warranty. Now for these I bought a pair a year and a half ago and they are still working perfectly and I decided to buy a couple of more.

If you are a fan of the one-sided customer support style chat headsets then this is the best one you can purchase. I would recommend looking at alternate full headphone headsets if you are new to owning a console. This headest does not play game sound through it whatsoever only chat audio from an Xbox One party or chatting in game. For short money it is a good headest if you are not looking for full headphone game sound headests. Thanks Best Buy!

I got this headset for a cheap price compared to the high end headsets. I am looking over reviews for a high end headset. In the mean time I have been using this headset and it works good. I have had no complaints that the mic has any problems with picking up my voice. It's nice to have one ear open, if you want to listen for a phone or if someone is knocking at your door.

It works well, but they just need a strong cable that resists the abuse we will certainly put them through. I don't like the wireless ear pieces... which isn't even available yet... as official MS equipment.
