Unfortunately they all of a sudden stop working after about a year. I recommend getting the warranty as I've replaced mine several times.

Average Headset

I am not very picky on my headset and cannot find the need to pay a lot for a communication device for video games. I would recommend this product if you are looking for a good communication device. Always buy the protection plan in case something happens to it!

Works well, but may break with with removal

I personally have gone through about one a year with almost no removal from my controller. However, my friend has gone through at least 6 or more in the past 3 years because he would switch it out for turtle beaches often.
