The basic Xbox One headset is fine for the casual gamer. If you are a serious gamer consider something a bit more advanced.

Good sound but it is not sturdy. The headset band breaks easily.

It's works. It's the same as the stock one that comes with the Xbox. It's also the cheapest one to get without having to spend 80bucks.

Im always looking to upgrade my headset. Once it broke I couldn't really decide what to get. Went back to this one because it just the basics and I want hear my surround sound through my speakers, not through headphones. These work well for that. I do love the easy volume and mute features on this one as well.

So, normally I won't wear any headphones/mic that goes over my head in any way. I prefer earbuds. However, this one isn't a head squeezer at all. The sound is perfectly fine for chatting in parties. If you listen to all of your game audio, I probably wouldn't recommend it, but if you use your own speakers and this just for the chat aspect, especially considering the price, I would say go for it. I like how you have the controls right at your fingertips as well.

The sound quality is good but I wish they would come up with something basic like this that is wireless - or just make the controllers Bluetooth compatible. Having the wire there I have dropped the controller so many times and it is starting to impact the connection on the controller.

They break easy, so be careful, for the amount you spend on them, they should work better too.

Well, I your buying one of these you have probably already broken atleast the one that came with your Xbox. Poorly designed and made and the sound quality is about mediocre at best. Get the $5 two year warranty because your goin to need it. Broke my first one in three months and it didn't get abused or accidentally stepped on or anything.

Considering it's a single small speaker in your ear. sound quality is adequate. Does provide solid microphone performance. Only drawback is there are sometimes issues of functionality for party chat on XBox Live. I don't believe this to be an issue with the product, but the Xbox One/Xbox live service itself. Recent updates have seemed to solve this issue.

This headset is light and compact and does a great job. I looked at other headsets, but they were too clunky and big. This is excellent quality and very comfortable to wear.

Product works well for the price - cheap product they just break to easily wont last long.
