This headset has great sound and it is very light on your head.

I wouldn't waste time with these if you are a heavy user- these are much more suited for light use.

My son and i love these OEM headsets, they work well but break after normal wear and tear after a few months. We both have gaming headsets but find ourselves reaching for these just for the ease of use. Wish they would last a little longer.

Simple no frills headset but works as advertised. Good for those that don’t want to spend big money on high end headsets or those who don’t require game sound through the headset.

Lightweight and great sound. My son uses it for his Xbox games to talk to his friends and play online.

These headsets are quite comfortable surprisingly. I purchased this simply because I'm playing PUBG with some friends which requires communication. The box says the headset is glasses friendly - I have found this to be true! Worth the price if your simply looking for something to get the job done.

As one of the cheapest option available for headsets, you get what you pay for. I've only had mine 3 month and I have already lost complete function of the microphone as well as the speaker in the headphone. Sadly, this is not the first time this has happened either. If you want a quality headset DO NOT buy this one. I am usually one to buy cheaper products if they are comparable to more expensive ones, but as someone who has gone through 6+ pairs of these the last 2 years I can say that YOU SHOULD BUY THE MORE EXPENSIVE HEADSET. That is if you don't want the constant headache of wondering if your headset will be broken after only 2 months worth of using the product.

I bought this for my son, it was on sale and so far he has not say anything bad about them so I guess it's working fine.

While this isn't a true gamer headset, it serves it's purpose in communicating with other online gamers using the headset.

The entry level Xbox One microphone is one of the cheapest products across the spectrum of electronics. The Xbox One microphone is poorly made because it usually falls apart in a matter of months. It does not visually fall apart but internally it falls apart. The wire from the puck to the mic is usually the culprit. I would recommend a Turtle Beach. I have a Turtle Beach and the game sound is a great plus, but also the sound quality of hearing your friends and teammates and your voice being projected is next to none. (except for possibly more expensive mics.) So, I have purchased this one for my brother, whom needed a mic quickly and cheaply, so we got this one for him for now. I would get the two year protection that Best Buy offers as it is only $5 and depending on your use, it will probably break at least once before your warranty runs out. I hope this helps!

i just bought 2 more of these as my previous one was bought in October and didn't last a year until one day it was dead so there not expensive and serve their purpose but aren't the longest lasting things when it comes to quality.

Pretty decent headset that gets the job done affordably. Wire is a bit flimsy, but so far can hear gamers clearly and the microphone works good. Longevity to be determined. Has potential but probably would not be suitable for excessive or hardcore users.

The xbox head set was good but there were issues, for example, other people hear your backround noises.

The Best Buy staff is awesome, they helped me a few years back with purchasing the XBox 360 and accessories. Very quality product, so this year when upgrading to the Xbox one it was a no brainier on what to buy. The headset is the same top quality and fairly priced.

Headset is good, but I would prefer a wireless one. Xbox One does not make one.

Works great on the Xbox. Extremely Clear sounds like a higher cost one and does the job. Son feels best for price
