The headsets for the 360 were much better but there are limited options.

These headsets work well; however, I have had to purchase 2 of these within a year as they started having problems. I do use the headset a lot and it does work well. The headsets that started having issues were not dropped or mishandled. The first one the mic stopped working and the second one the speaker in the headset went out. With my most recent purchase I decided to buy the Best Buy protection plan just in case I have another issue. Even though I have had a few issues with them; overall, I still really like these headsets. They are comfortable to wear for many hours of game play. I wear glasses and some aftermarket headsets cause my ear to start hurting from pushing my ear against my glasses after long hours of use. This headset does not cause me any discomfort.

I pick up one of these every few years. They are perfect for me as I don’t need the full headset that plays the game and chat, I have a set but rarely use it. I prefer my surround sound in my room. But this headset is perfect for just game chat and I can wear for a few hours and it doesn’t really bother me. Idk why people complain about these not lasting.

The headset is good. Unfortunately I didn't know that the XBOne came with a headset so I returned this one.

My nieces dog chewed up the one that originally came w/ my sons game. His gaming experience was not the same until he received his replacement for Christmas. Now he is back to playing online w/ his friends and we don't have to hear the whole experience.

The is not a cheap way to communicate on the Xbox one. That being said this is the most echonomical

I have a Turtle Beach head set but I prefer this bc it is lighter and only covers one ear so I can hear people talking to me in the background. It also allows me to be able to rest my head sideways bc of the slim design. If and when it wears out I will definitely buy these again

This headset works great! My kids seem to go through headsets very quickly, but these seem to last longer than the others in this price range. The quality is great as well (I've been told by fellow players in my party).

Bought it because I thought mine broke. It was my controller. The headset worked fine.

Has good clear sound for easy game communication between players

This headset is a great choice for a beginner. It serves its purpose and is adjustable for various size heads. The single ear design is a plus for children using it so they can hear what is going on around them. The price for this headset is spot on for the entry/mid level gamer.

This head set is basic and does the job well. I have had mine for three years and it's still good.

Overall this headset does what it's meant to do, allows you to chat online with other players. Sound quality is pretty good and you have the option of raising or lowering the volume as well mute. Where this headset fails is how it plugs into the bottom of the Xbox One controller. It's difficult to remove and I'm sure eventually there will be a short in the headset's wire because everytime I unplug the headset from the controller you have to pull it right where the wire is..dumb design. Price isn't too bad so I guess u get what u pay for. This could have been a much better designed headset.
