I have purchased 3 of the same headsets.There comes a time when you can hear the others on line, but they cannot hear you. It is the most comfortable one for me that is why I purchase the same type.

I've gone through three headsets. They is no physical damage apparent but it looses connection where the wire meets te base. Otherwise they work great.

Spend the money and upgrade
