Glad there’s a warranty

Think it was $20 for 2 year geek squad protection. These headsets, even when taken care of well, will likely not last 2 years. Spend the little bit extra for the warranty. Will save you money in the end.

How well you take care of them directly translates to how long they last.

You just have to be careful with the cord, just make sure you don't pull by the cord to disconnect from controller or the cable will break, but for the price it's fine.

Ok quality but you can do better.

I loved the old Xbox 360 headset but this one doesn't have the same fit and is not near as comfortable to wear.
