Nice replacement headset. My daughter was in a panic because her old one stopped working. She is pleased with the new set. I was pleased with the price.

I have bought many of these basic, low cost headsets for my son. Microsoft needs to work on the quality of these! The connection point breaks way too often.

The headset is really comfortable when using it, you forget you are wearing. It also has a nice quality sound and good size.

As good as expected considering the price. You can go out and find top notch audio for your xbox but this will do if not interested in spending too much.

Sounds and works fine until wire disintegrates from use or gets eaten by cats(they ignore other wires and don't chew on others, something about the wire attracts them). Don't buy without protection plan!

Only giving it 4 stars bc the quality of this wasn't that great. It broke within the first two weeks I got it for my daughter. But love the design.

I probably have to get a replacement every few months but its light and easy to use.

No bells or whistles but comfy solid headset for chat. No game sound through headset. But very clear for user and the listener.

When I bought my Xbox last year; it came with a headset. A friend bought a Xbox recently and it did not come with the headset. I bought him one for his birthday so we can chat while playing games. I showed him how to plug straight into the controller. Sound is clear for chatting.

These are easy to use headphones that works very well when playing online video games with your friends. They aren’t uncomfortable and the sound quality is good. They’re affordable and arguable just as functional as any of the more expensive products.

Simple robust wired headset. Replaced a damaged headset and have had no issues so far. Easy enough to use.

We originally bought an Xbox one headset that was over 120 dollars and there was an echo. Bought this headset and works like a charm.

Now its not Best Buy's fault that these microsoft generic mics are terrible in quality and durability. But I'm not happy that when i went to return the item for a second time after it had broken again, the manager turned me down. I understand there is fine print and all but i was only one day past the warranty with a product that continued to give me trouble. Thumbs down.

Tight fitting not adjustable but works ok for the price.

it is the basic headset for the xbox one, it does the job but can be uncomfortable after wearing it for a while and the wire can get annoying

My son loves these headsets. He has been using them for years and the only time I have had to replace them is when he left them on the floor and someone stepped on them. He says reception is exceptional and no one has ever complained about the quality of his voice when playing with friends.

If your not into spending a ton of money on an expensive headset this base model headset is for you! Its very comfortable and has convenient volume controls and mute button right at the base of the controller where it plugs in. Took a little getting used to compared to the 360 version. Awesome headset must buy!!
