Great replacement for the original equipment and functions well

Good simple Xbox one headset that lets you control the volume and mute yourself

The functions are great especially the microphone you can muted anytime and has a clear sound.

I bought this just to be able to communicate with friends online and still use my full room surround sound and it works perfectly for what it is needed for.

This product did not work for me. I don't know if it was a defective product or something else. There was no sound coming out of it and it had me stressed looking for solutions. I did not find one and it left a sour taste in my mouth. Waste of time and money.

Although this time purchasing items at best buy I brought home a broken xbox headset that had been returned once already, but that's the risk you take buying a open box. Besides that I I have purchased many things with best buy have had nothing but great experience with the persons that work there from the time I walk in to the time I walk out all very respectful and help me with everything I need. I will continue u buying items from them I enjoy all they have to office. next time though maybe you guys can double check a open box items to make sure for sure it works before selling it again or putting it on the shelf. Other then that thank u for the experience.

I purchased this for my son. This would be his third one, unfortunately. First one he had was an $80 version. It only worked for four months before the line developed a short. Bought this version and had no problems. He accidentally stepped on it so that's why I had to purchase a replacement.

the mic is cheaply made but it is perfect for a beginner with minimal cash.

Cheap headphones that work great, perfect for what I need. I would recommend them especially if you have puppies.

This headset is light weight and the ear piece swivels to fit even the fattest head. It is great for both myself and my kids.

My son was in a panic because his headset went out! He prefers the same equipment that came with the unit and he loves this one haven't had one issue.

Decent. A cheap headset. Works as it should. Adjustable to fit my small head. The plug in cord seems to always get messed up and stops working or has a bad connection.

This product does its job and for a fair price. I can talk with my friend and hear him clearly while still listening to the surroundings.
