What can I say - my son uses it when playing with friends, con is it breaks easy. Knowing that children would be utilizing this product, they should have made it a bit more durable.

A simple but easy to use headset. Somewhat flimsy but it gets the job done.

I purchased this for my son. This would be his third one, unfortunately. First one he had was an $80 version. It only worked for four months before the line developed a short. Bought this version and had no problems. He accidentally stepped on it so that's why I had to purchase a replacement.

Although this time purchasing items at best buy I brought home a broken xbox headset that had been returned once already, but that's the risk you take buying a open box. Besides that I I have purchased many things with best buy have had nothing but great experience with the persons that work there from the time I walk in to the time I walk out all very respectful and help me with everything I need. I will continue u buying items from them I enjoy all they have to office. next time though maybe you guys can double check a open box items to make sure for sure it works before selling it again or putting it on the shelf. Other then that thank u for the experience.

The functions are great especially the microphone you can muted anytime and has a clear sound.

Cheap headphones that work great, perfect for what I need. I would recommend them especially if you have puppies.

My son was in a panic because his headset went out! He prefers the same equipment that came with the unit and he loves this one haven't had one issue.

This chat headphone is adequate for the price, however, they break frequently. I purchased the geek squad protection for a few dollars and would recommend it. You may want to consider the higher end headsets if you will be playing a lot.

Decent. A cheap headset. Works as it should. Adjustable to fit my small head. The plug in cord seems to always get messed up and stops working or has a bad connection.

Difference between aftermarket brand or OM equipment... for sound and use the MS Xbox original equipment is hands down best bang for your buck.

I got this for my grandson so he can talk and play fort nite. Set was simple and the price was awesome
