I've gone through probably 6 headsets in a year

Either the microphone stops working or the ear piece does. No visual wear/tear on any of my headsets, but the device stops working. Worst headset I've ever had from Xbox. I finally bought the new controller that I can plug any headset in and even my phone's headphones that came with my phone are much more sturdy than this garbage. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Not worth the headache of returning/buying more of these.

Great for chattong with your Friends on XBOX ONLY.

This gets the job done the cable is thin but you get what you play for.

It can be somewhat tight around the ears on the non-earpiece side. It works as advertised, and if all you need is a headset solely for chat, this is an affordable option.

Doesn't last long

My Daughter has gone through 3 sets in less than 2 years. Eventually the microphone stops working and even though she can still hear everyone in the game they cannot hear her. I had the extra warranty on each set but you have to purchase a new warranty with each replacement headset you get. So basically after your initial $25 + $5 warranty fee you're paying $5 for all the headsets after that since they only last 3 to 5 months. This last time we upgraded to a more expensive pair to see if they last longer.
