It turns on and seems to work but won't and hasn't connected to any of my at-home devices. Because of this issue, I'm facing, it's been in my closet ever since I don't want to throw it out.

I bought this keyboard to use with my Surface Pro 7. That device has some sort of issue where the type keyboard disconnects randomly. I bought this keyboard in July of this year and now it won’t connect to anything either. I used to be a Microsoft fan boy but I won’t buy any of their devices again.
