Worked out of the box with WIN10. Keyboard is nice and quiet. For a Microsoft product I am surprised that it is as good as it is. Just get it you wont be disappointed.

This is the best keyboard that I've used in a long time. There were zero issues in installing. My job prefers to use the Logitech brand, but this one is head and shoulders above that brand.

My only concern is the Bluetooth module is a little large. I am worried that I will mistakenly put it in my computer bag and have it snap off. Keys are quiet and comfortable, glad I didn't spend more for one of the higher end setups.

Only one problem with the package; the mouse has a very stiff left hand key on it and requires quite a bit of pressure to work properly. Otherwise, the package parts work fine.

Overall quality is good, simple to install, just plug and play. The usb dongle is a little cumbersome but aside from that, it’s a good value for the dollar.

Very good. Quiet and comfortable. The transmitter could be smaller--could be awkward when stowing laptop in a sleeve.

Been using this keyboard and mouse at work for years. Bought it again my mom for who's teaching remotely. No issues. Gets the job done and is fairly cheap. No complaints.

this is a great keyboard/mouse combo. I am using it for my work computer and some of the great features are the key travel is good, the mouse works great as well.

Great product with great price. For the last few weeks, no problem with both keyboard and mouse. This is the 3rd set I bought from Best Buy for all my laptop computers.

Good product, although I had problems after 3 years. Unsure if it was the keyboard/mouse, but all seemed fine once changed out. I DO hope that the keyboard letters don't wear out as fast as my old one.

Keyboard is normal and no issues with the mouse. Easy setup too. It would be nicer if it had backdrop light so can be visible even in dark room, but can’t beat the price.

This keyboard and mouse combo is great. Feels great. Only problem I had was the connection is spotty. I'm about less than a foot away and connection is not as responsive. Bluetooth would be a better option.

I have purchased several of these keyboard/mouse combinations for use with devices in medical offices that make it much easier to input and control systems instead of using a touchscreen.

My desktop is neater and easier to keep that way. The wireless connection to the computer is flawless and the keyboard is very comfortable. I am very happy with my purchase.

The keys on this keyboard are exceptionally quiet and quick responding. It fits perfectly in my hideaway drawer of my computer desk. I wish the mouse was a little smaller, but it does the job.
