Excellent product., highly responsive. The keys are ergonomically designed and super comfortable.

Works fine except the keyboard needs to be wakened after startup. The first keystroke isn’t recognized, so usually I end up re-entering the first thing I type. No issues after you wake up the keyboard.

Bought this as part of a one day sale, it was a great price for a decent combo. I prefer Logitech as the receivers are universal, but so far have not had any complaints.

Worked out of the box with WIN10. Keyboard is nice and quiet. For a Microsoft product I am surprised that it is as good as it is. Just get it you wont be disappointed.

I like the fact that Microsoft have a great item wireless and at a great price. What a good bundle.

So I got the keybroad since I don't like typing on the laptop keybroad anymore, overall its good but dislike that I can't turn on and off like I want.

I could not use one of my laptops, thought it would cost a lot to fix. Geek Squad told me all I had to do was buy a wireless keyboard and mouse and it would work fine. The keyboard and mouse were perfect and work just great.

this is a great keyboard/mouse combo. I am using it for my work computer and some of the great features are the key travel is good, the mouse works great as well.

Overall quality is good, simple to install, just plug and play. The usb dongle is a little cumbersome but aside from that, it’s a good value for the dollar.

i really like that the mouse has a compartment to house the plug in adaptor. making the chances for losing this much less. keyboard has the number keypad on the side which is what i needed for the accounting i needed to do. very pleased.

Been using this keyboard and mouse at work for years. Bought it again my mom for who's teaching remotely. No issues. Gets the job done and is fairly cheap. No complaints.

Since I've gone wireless, my computer area looks much cleaner. This keyboard has a quiet sound to it. No Clacking!!! Mouse is somewhat quiet with the clicks. The batteries seam to last for quite awhile.

Great product with great price. For the last few weeks, no problem with both keyboard and mouse. This is the 3rd set I bought from Best Buy for all my laptop computers.

This product does everything that it is advertised as being able to do. No set-up. Just plug in receiver into a USB port, wait until Windows installs the receiver, and you're "off to the races" with your new keyboard.

Keyboard is normal and no issues with the mouse. Easy setup too. It would be nicer if it had backdrop light so can be visible even in dark room, but can’t beat the price.

This is the best keyboard that I've used in a long time. There were zero issues in installing. My job prefers to use the Logitech brand, but this one is head and shoulders above that brand.

Had a to pick up a new keyboard and this fit the bill nicely. Went into the store and they had display models of all the keyboards out. I tried most of them and this one felt good for the budget I had. It works great and no complaints so far.

Only one problem with the package; the mouse has a very stiff left hand key on it and requires quite a bit of pressure to work properly. Otherwise, the package parts work fine.
