I use this on a pc plugged into my tv. Has good range and is responsive.

Good mouse and board, i like being able to move to a different area to do work or gaming

This is my 4th time to purchase this product as it is something that I started giving all of the attorneys at my firm (they used to pick their own until we found this one which everyone agreed was great - especially ergonomically). So, out of all fairness, the product has been relatively stable & treated both me & my colleagues well in the past e.g. battery life is better than average -even if you habitually forget to turn off your mouse, it's a known quantity in that Microsoft & Best Buy manufacturer & distribute the product, respectively, & I've (we've) had zero issues as a law firm in terms of quick & easy installation, compatibility, or software malfunctions. The first (and only) time I have had an issue with this particular product was earlier this spring (2018) after an associate attorney of mine - for whom the product was purchased for - informed me of issues (discovered upon opening the box) that were isolated to the keyboard. To me, after inspecting the keyboard, it appears that the product was sold as new when in actuality it was an open-box return/sketchy exchange (there are no bar codes that I can find on the product...again, sketchy) that was not properly checked by staff before being put back out on the shelf for sale. I would consider this an anomaly, but I have a friend who made a purchase at Best Buy (prior to new executive management), & it wasn't until he was troubleshooting problems with Samsung that he was made aware (through their records/serial numbers) that the item has been refurbished & was not actually new, as warranted. Out of fairness to Best Buy, I won't get into specifics on this particular incident, but I will say it was significant & not the norm given the product type/investment. I will however double-check with him to see how things ended up, & I will amend this review if it turns out Best Buy ended up doing right by him (I think that says a lot when a company - large or small - admits to a mistake & rectifies it). That instills consumer confidence. In my case, I was missing batteries (they've always been included in the past) as well as a key belonging to the keyboard (B I think it was!). Anyway, I was unable to return the product due to health issues/constraints, so I essentially got stuck with a keyboard that ended up serving no utility whatsoever (it's still in the box). I get that it's only $20-something, but it's more about the time & frustration that it cost me - especially while being sick. To add to that, I spoke with a store associate who said I needed to return the item to the store I made the purchase at, which just didn't seem right...I inquired about shipping the product back, & I was told I would have to cover the costs out-of-pocket. To spend $10 on shipping for a $20 keyboard just doesn't make sense. Maybe I was talking to a new employee - who knows! 9 x out of 10 I would refer this product to a friend (which explains my answer below), but obviously not this time based on the product itself & the customer support.

Bought a keyboard bc I needed a keyboard. Wireless part was a bonus.
