Key travel and contact feel is too ambiguous.I have frequent mis-strokes where my entry fails to register. Stroke seems unusually long and I have to deliberately slow down.

i was never offered a replacement insurance on this now i know why very fragile i dropped it and the enter key fell off and now it don't work good thing i have two

Item works as expected. No issues to report. Would suggest

great keyboard and mouse but after opening found out its not actually bluetooth. it is wireless but with a usb key. i thought it was connect to bluetooth and go but it is not. not a complete deal breaker for me but with it was more clear because it does say it is bluetooth in the specs section on product page

the keyboard is functioning properly but not comfortable as expected to fast typing. I think it because of the design. All brand may have the same problem with this kind of design. other than that its working fine. it's only-month-old for me so ar good. it will be worth based on the price and design may depend on the person different person have different level of requirement so who ever buy better check how it fits for your hands and feel it. if feels good worth for the price i hope.

I have several wireless keyboards, some for my actual office, some for my home office, some for my tv. This is by far the worst. Mainly because if you break the tiny dongle that comes with the device, you are out of luck. I have other devices where you can either buy a new dongle, or find a universal one. I spent 40 something dollars on this item, forgot to remove the dongle before putting the laptop in my bag, the thing broke. They keyboard, mouse combination is now worthless. My complaint is very common on the help boards. Wish it was listed here.

After using for six months the letters are beginning to come off

Works well enough. Keyboard is not quite as sensitive as I would like for games but just fine for everyday surfing.

It is ok, but there isn't a cap lock and num lock indicator.

Keys were loose. It could have been from the delivery im not sure.

I specifically asked the employee if they could work separately and was assured they would, but that was wrong.

Seems great, but the scroll wheel on the mouse seems to pick and choose when it wants to work. The keyboard is perfect.

Got this set during pandemic and couldn't try it firs. Not a bad product but not great either ... Somewhat noisy clicks

Maybe I got the defect, but I've had this problem before, lack of control of the pointer, not enough adjustment, and sometimes drops out, same with the keyboard, I'm a H&P typist, and enough times you look up, and find you haven't typed anything, then start over, and it still misses a stroke, I had a good one once, but the past 2-3 have been that way, even different mfg, I've gone back to a wired setup, and it works, no wonder most of the commercial types use the wired ones.

I thought this would work for me as its low-profile and wireless, but at 6'2" my long fingers find this keyboard just too small.

The keyboard is great but the mouse makes a clicking noise and is not as good as other mice that I have used.

The keyboard size is nice, but the mouse wants to keep scrolling. I have checked my settings and cannot see what is wrong. I use it, but I am not too crazy about it.

The keyboard is good but the mouse has problems when i moved Around so that’s the only thing I would say about this

bluetooth response is a little slow but gets the job done
