Anyway the keyboard works great but the mouse pointer does not move smoothly like all the other mouses I have. Sometimes I have to pass over small objects many times before I can select them. This mouse is terrible for s Microsoft product. I mean it really sucks

I took it back to the Geek squad but was told it was no longer under warranty after 30 days. I finally found out, not from Geek Squad, that I needed to download drivers for the keyboard/mouse. The keyboard reflects the light so much that it's difficult to see the keys. What make it even harder is that the white print is wearing off the keys after less than 3 months. It is also a very noisy keyboard.

Also batteries in the keyboard are always dead! I would turn off whenever i wasn't using. The stand/braces on the back to tilt keyboard up are plastic. One was broke right away.
