Works well for my office PC so far. Not the greatest for gaming or graphic design but works well as a basic keyboard and mouse.

I’ve been on a hunt to find a wireless keyboard and mouse for quite some time. I don’t spend all of my time typing, but I want a pleasant experience when the time comes. This was just ok. The comfort level isn’t there like some of the more expensive brands and models available today. It works, but do yourself a favor by buying something else if you spend a lot of time typing.

If you are used to a keyboard where the F function keys have separation (ie after F4 & F5 and F8 & F9) then you will have to get used to this keyboard. I like a little beefier keyboard for my wrist to rest on. However, for travel, this provides a nice smaller than normal size keyboard that won't hog up the little space you may need in your luggage or in hotels or meeting rooms. The wireless mouse and keyboard have worked well. Also, I would like the keys on the keyboard to be a little higher. Again, the desktop keyboard I have has that beefier feeling. It's a personal preference.

I bought this combo 8 months ago. A full 8 keys have lost their paint so that I can't tell what they are anymore. The mouse trackwheel is erratic (start scrolling down fine, then all of a sudden page jumps back up, scrolls wrong way, etc.) Have tried updating drivers, settings, etc. to fix. Online forums seem to indicate recurring problems with Microsoft mice. Having to rebuy in less than a year is awful.

Was great when first purchased, 3 months later, the USB to my laptop doesn’t connect to laptop, metal on usb is loose... disconnects from mouse and keyboard. Wouldn’t recommend.

Wow, horrible. I bought two of these for new employees starting in my office and didn't think anything about it. Usually buy Logi but thought it wouldn't matter. The first mouse/keyboard had very bad range. We're talking you had to be a foot away from the dongle or you were out of luck. The second one was working for almost a month and then yesterday decided to completely fail.

The mouse is too small for my hand and as a result, its uncomfortable. Was looking for an inexpensive solution; although this was inexpensive, it didn't work for me.

I have been unhappy with this purchase. The key board is right next to the computer and it still does not stay connected. The key strokes are always behind. It is so frustrating.

Doesn’t stay connected. Battery drains fast.and usb doesn’t stay connected.

Mouse scrolling is messed up. It bounces around and closes down webpages when I want to go back to a previous web page and won't stop scrolling. Mouse/keyboard combo doesn't work well.

Keyboard and mouse work fine but feel cheap. Doesn't seem to be made as well as you think Microsoft would make. Not what it appears in picture. I wouldn't buy again.

I got this for my daughter because we had broken keys on the labtop. This was a cheap combo that worked great for her. She loves it and now she can connect her labtop to the tv and play games on a very big screen.

The keyboard does not have lights to indicate whether or not your caps lock or num lock are on. Very frustrating at times.

The mouse wasn't great so I continued to use my OEM Asus. The keyboard stopped working today. Put fresh batteries in it and nothing. I purchased it 5 months and 3 days ago. So I am no using an even cheaper wired keyboard and I'm remembering why I bought one. It isn't a bottom-shelf but neither is it top-shelf...but I would have liked it to have lasted at least a year. So do I go through the trouble of filing a warranty claim or do I purchase another one from another manufacturer? Probably the second choice. This is I believe the FIRST negative review that I have ever given...

We returned the first one when it started messing up - becoming very jittery when trying to move it; got another one and the same thing happened. We decided it was not compatible with our computer

Felt cheap. It works if you just need something functional but definitely worth spending a little more to get a better setup.

keyboard works good as it shold. would buy again.the mouse works nicely. love the feel fits perfect in my hand

I did not like this device because the keyboard layout had a dip in the middle row a-l. I returned it for a different brand the very next day.

The mouse is good. However the keyboard is average. When you first hit the key board it does not produce a letter. After the first hit it works. Why?

I am very happy with my new keyboard. My only concern is remembering when it starts to fumble that this one is run with batteries, which may be what might be causing the troubles...
