Purchased this for a customer to use with a camera system we installed and it works great. We were able to place a DVR high on a shelf in their office and they use this setup to control everything.

Good raised keys and adjustable angle, key pad is nice feel and mouse is a nice size for a basic system

The key board is nice but the mouse is terrible. I purchased a mouse pad and that helped, but I think I will have to get rid of it. Glad it was on sale.

Mouse doesnt move smoothly. Keyboard is great.....

I wanted a Logitech keyboard, but the store was out of the model that I wanted. I settled for a Microsoft keyboard. Bad judgment on my part.

mouse is not working properly if we move away from the wireless usb adapter.

Purchased in April. Paint on keys are already wearing off. You think in this day and age something like that would not occur.

spending the extra money on the microsoft desktop wireless keyboard and mouse makes a difference.

I thought I would like it. I've had other Microsoft keyboards thta I loved, this one is not something I love. I tried to get used to it but it ended up in a closet and it now in a landfill. Why? I cannot raise the back enough to have the angle I prefer. Add to that the keys feel mushy and I did not feel confident in my typing when using it. Basically it feels terrible.

Expected seamless Bluetooth connection! Needed to buy a docking station to use this keyboard AND keep other peripherals plugged into machine.

The USB plug in has a hard time and we have to unpulg and plug it back in every so often. Our last Keyboard Mouse combo was Logitech and we did not have that issue.

The keyboard works well. but the mouse is not up to par as it sometime does not do what it is told to do

Only works when very close to USB plug. I have laptop on desk and keyboard on slide out below and it doesn't work well.....

I bought these in February and they worked well for 2 months. Then the keyboard lag started. When you work from home you need things to work and this was not doing its job. Don't waste your money on the wireless stuff. It doesn't last long and it wants to do its own thing when it does "work". Stick to the wired keyboard and mouse. I would be ashamed to sell this stuff in my store.

I prefer using a keyboard rather than the one on my laptop because I can type 80 words a minute on it, and I am too lazy to spend the time adjusting to a different keyboard.

The keys are ultra chunky, and when is type, I’d often hit other keys. The keys are not very responsive either. I’d have to press the “k” key, for example, three or four times before it would work. I didn’t use this that much in the first few weeks I had it, and when I finally really needed to (and discovered what a piece of junk it was) it was too late to take it back. So wasted $21 and change (or whatever it costs). My advise.... spend a little more and get something worth the money. Not cool Best Buy :/

You cannot beat this for the money. It works so good and the keyboard tactic is lovely!

It works better than the old wireless Logitech did before the mouse died.

This was ok for a starter keyboard because it doesnt have the tradition light indicators for things like vaps and number lock so u cant tell if either is activated

Was easy to add to computer and is working well. It ia a good size for a small desk.
