Not good for upper/lower case passwords

Bad Bad condition

I bought used one and when i received missing stuff and very very used condition. I don’t recommend to buy used condition stuff. It will definitely surprise you.

Stopped working after three months

I've tried taking the UBS port out and putting it back in but that still doesn't work.

Look at a different product

USB dongle broke within two months due to defective weld and Microsoft told me it's not covered under warranty due to them considering a defective weld-user damage. I would stay clear of this product due to Microsoft's terrible warranty.

A bit cramped

Mouse is a bit of a problem
