Malfunctioned after less than one month use. Repeated letters. Missed letters. Very disappointed! Going to return both before the deadline expires this weekend.

Mouse not responding after return window closed. Not recommended.

Keyboard worked for one day then stopped working. Whenever I press any key the computer reboots. Had to remove the wireless transceiver because computer would continuously reboot. Keyboard seems to be poorly constructed and I would not recommend.

I have to remove the usb from the computer and reinsert it every time to use the keyboard and mouse. If I don’t do this, It doesn’t work. I would’ve returned this product if I could’ve.

Always loses connection. Not as reliable as other wireless solutions.

Half of the keys stopped working right after the 15-day window to return it. So now I either pay Geek Squad to fix it which I'm sure will be astronomical, or I buy a new and different one to replace it. Not happy at all. >:/

The first I-Pad keyboard purchased about a year ago, rarely worked. I had to purchase another one and it doesn't always work either. I haven't had time to stop by Best Buy to consult about it. Not happy about this purchase. Denise

Can’t type after 1 month of use. Very light use of it. But unfortunately passed the return window.

The keyboard and mouse worked as expected right out of the box. However, I am not happy with the keyboard: I did not realize that it is an old, mechanical design. The keys have a lot of travel before they actually type. The feel and effort is very different than modern keyboards, such as on my Lenovo laptop. I should have tried it before making the purchase.

It was too cheap, you pay for what you got. Keyboard was not comfortable, the mouse was also not comfortable. It was cheap price but you pay for that with the material

Purchased June 2017. 18 months into purchase some of the characters on the keys have worn completely off. A-S-E-T-N-C-D Now I wish I had taken touch-typing more seriously in HS. Ugh.

The mouse has a lot of issues. The keyboard misses letters and stalls. I replaced it with Logitec

terrible. you have to hit the keys super hard to get it to type. the mouse goes all over the place, not where you want it. definitely returning.

I had to take hours to get a hold of someone to talk with them about this issue and just to get them to tell me if I wasn't happy then deal with it and hang up on me.

Kept wanting to reboot my desktop lenovo. Returned it for a Logitech which works fine. I've heard there's been problems with this microsoft product..

after several months the lettering on the keys is wearing off and Microsoft claims that is ordinary wear and not covered under its "warranty"

Normally they are good, This one was really weak. It didn't work well even when it was right in front of the computer. I should have taken it back. But it was a gift.
