I love this controller. It’s great if you already own the elite 2 and have all the extra pieces. It’s easy to map buttons (on PC, I don’t use this with the Xbox) and love all the customization options on it. I’ve had decently good luck with the build quality although I’ve heard the bumpers break often. I would suggest getting a protection plan if you’re using it often, it’s worth it.

So much nicer than stock controller. Custom profiles are a game changer. Takes some getting used to utilizing the paddles but they come in handy in shooters and from software games (dodge roll, jump, heal). All of the materials and options are very nice to have. I recommend buying the service plan as many reports online state the controller can become faulty.

Size and grips on the controller feel great. Paal shifters on the bottom perfect placement have been using elite controllers for a few years now one of the best controllers I’ve ever had. I prefer an elite controller over a scuff.

Has a certain weight and feel to it that makes gaming feel a little more immersive. It’s a little pricey but after playing on this for a few weeks it’s hard to go back to a regular controller .

Just like the original Elite Controller it is amazing with more! It's slightly lighter, it has more grip! The magnetic clamps are much stronger! It almost feels like I'm gonna break it but do not be afraid it is just stronger! I love it and I can't get enough of it!

Very good product. Price was decent because of the sale. The customization and extra buttons definitely help with gaming performance

this is an amazing controller my only issue is the stick drift. I have bought two of these in a used/ newish condition and both has a left stick drift. there are ways to fix it on your own and if that the case this controller works great

Its an expensive controller... I get it.... but if you're reading this, buy it. Especially if its on sale. The grips feel amazing in your hands. Adjustable triggers are awesome. The battery last for hours. The construction is high quality. You can remove the paddles if you don't like them. It works on your PC and your Xbox. When you're done playing, put it back in the case (the charger is in the case).

Was hesitant in getting a refurbished controller, but as soon as I began using it all that went away. Clearly another level than the standard controllers, but ultimately price speaks volumes and the base price of this device is understandable and still exceeds tolerance. At half the cost, then absolutely a done deal. Same can be said for a standard controller for that matter. These devices shouldn’t be priced the way they are and neither should anything in the console category as they’ve exponentially climbed towards absurdity. If hardware has outpaced game resource demands, then either we don’t need to refresh systems for another ten years or someone needs to tax the system resources with something amazing, to which they have and it didn’t need teraflops. But I digress…awesome controller and refurb totally worth it.

Been using these controllers for years and they never disappoint i can be rough on my controllers sometimes and its held up extremely well form all the drops squeezing and carelessness i have towards it gave me a solid 2 years without needing to get it replaced. (Only replacing because i dropped it down my stair case and the trigger got stuck but after some tinkering its all good now)

Love the feel and customizability of this controller. I can’t even pick up the stock controller anymore after having felt the quality of this one. Definitely a little expensive, but I think that overall it’s worth the price

Great controller especially if you already have the elite and you just need an extra one for the price is a step up but if you have the extra $50 just get the elite so you can get all the other accessories and the charging block, but if you just need a premium step up of a controller, this is it

I love it!!!! Extremely comfortable in the hands. Yhe buttons are great. Very smooth and the grip is amazing. I also love the fact that I don't have to buy a battery pack for this Controller. Its definitely a must have for a true gamer.

Scooped this on a December sale, bought the paddles from elsewhere for $14. I've since retired my razer wolverine in favor of this. I was skeptical, but this is a really nice controller. Wirelessly connected to PC via Bluetooth, and it runs for hours in between charges.

Kid loves it. Works great. Says very easy and comfy to use.

This is a great idea from Microsoft. Controllers usually last about a year with heavy use, the Xbox elite seem to last longer than that. If yours wears out you can simply buy this swap you thumb sticks and back paddles and save a ton of money doing so. These are great controllers and provide the best bang for your buck, aftermarket scuff parts are also very easy to find. I use this on PC and love it. The only negative is that they do have a bit of stick drift right out of the box, my dead zone had to be set at .08 vs .03 for a brand new scuff, i'm not good enough for that to outweigh $ the savings.

I can't tell you how long this controller will last but all my othe xbox controllers have failed me in one way or another. So far so good

Not only does this contrillee feel freat to use, its very solid and weighted but the ability to customize your experience with included accessories is *chef’s kiss*

These controllers are the most comfortable options available. The rear buttons are placed perfectly and the battery lasts forever. I've unfortunately had to return/exchange a couple due to stick drift. If they could figure that out, it would be the perfect controller.
