Xbox elite
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’m a dual shock remote player and surprisingly this remote is high quality and feels very good in the hands. Don’t think I will be going back to dual shock after playing with this remote. Buttons feel great and feels amazing in the hands.

Quality control issues with buttons
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great feel but still suffers same issues from the first elite 2 controller. I’m a competitive gamer that used this controller pretty heavily. Within 5 the months of use, the R1 and L1 bumpers experienced loss of function. Pretty frustrating. I did get the insurance and got another one for replacement. It did fall under the Microsoft warranty but in the past, I didn’t have a good experience with them. Takes days to receive the controller and they didn’t even fix the problem. So if you plan on getting this controller, I highly recommend getting geek squad insurance. They’ll replace right on the spot. Still a solid controller for gaming.

Don’t pressure customers!!
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.First controller I bought was a defect. Went to return it and had to spend 20 minutes listening to the try to sell me a ridiculous priced plan for protection which I kept informing I did not want but still continued to pressure me. I ended up getting basic two year plan so I could get back to my day. Don’t pressure people to buy things they do not want. I understand upsell but the situation was ridiculous.

Great controller, but not durable
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.First, I really like the feel and functionality of this controller. It has great adjustments, but is not durable at all. Ive only used it for a few weeks and it already has stick drift. Quite a letdown.

Pro controller is awesome
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. From the look to the field this is the whole package. It’s got the right weight the right balance and being able to adjust the tension on the triggers and the thums is awesome. I like that they came out with the white one however I would be great if there were more colors and patterns.

Makes up for the mistakes of the 1st generation
||Posted . Owned for 9 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This controller has withstood my wrath thus far, only downside is if your motherboard is a certain age the USB Bluetooth adapter for Xbox controllers becomes necessary. Otherwise, if you're playing wired then you're good to go

Xbox Series 2 Controller
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Solid controller, works well. The replaceable thumb sticks are cool, but unfortunately this controller doesn’t come with the paddles, so you will have to buy them separately.

Not worth the price!
||Posted . Owned for 10 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is the 2nd Elite controller I got within 6 months and the joysticks are sticking again to the point you can't play. For the price, this is a complete joke. It's not a BestBuy issue, but a manufacturing issue. I don't like that I had to pay for a warranty twice ($120) to make sure I can replace again. At this point, I don't want another controller, I just want my money back. Not worth it, look at something else.

Definitely the best with some issues
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Only gave it 4 Stars because this is my 3rd one. It's definitely the best controller out there. But always seems to break a year or 2 down the line. I literally use it and set it down. Never throw or hit it. It's either the directional pad sticks, right bumper or stick drift. Frustrating because it's not cheap. Get the extended warranty.

Must buy if your a hard core gamer
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this controller in excellent condition open box. I don’t think I would consider it in excellent condition, but the controller itself is amazing. I love the back detachable buttons, and the weight of the controller Is on the heavy side, which gives it a premium feel. It definitely feels like a $200 controller. If you’re a hard-core gamer, I recommend buying it. You can map out the buttons on the accessories app on your Xbox very easily. You can also create up to three profiles. I don’t recommend it for the casual gamer.

Best Controller ever
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I upgraded from my original elite controller to this one mainly because the grips on them were starting to fall apart. This controller is a bit heavier which in turn makes it feel nicer in your hands. This time around you won’t need a rechargeable battery pack as it’s all built into the controller and comes with a charging dock to lay on when not in use. My only concern with the controller is the fact that instead of having rubber grips on just the back side of the lower left/right controller like the previous model, it now has that rubberized grip texture on the front and the back. Although it feels great, I wonder how durable it will be. Hopefully they don’t start falling apart like the previous generation model. You may ask, is the controller worth it? If you’ll actually use it’s functions, swap out thumb sticks and would like full customization such as button mapping through the Xbox accessory app then I’d say, absolutely. I personally enjoy the feel, the trigger locks and customization options. I remapped my “Y” button to one of the four paddle triggers behind the controller which is super beneficial when playing certain games. My thumb can stay on a certain button on the front (X for example) while I can use another finger to control the paddle in the rear which I re-mapped to my “Y” button at the same time. You can also adjust tension to your thumb sticks which is a welcome addition as well. Overall, great product so far and definitely enjoy using it more than the standard controller. I highly recommend! Now, it’s up to you. Will you decide to get your hands on one of these?
