This controler has a good feeling and you can change the joystick and change the trigger buttons would recommend for other people. Whould buy Again

This controller is just amazing. I was skeptical to order based on cost but I would recommend it with ease after using it. The controller just feels much more premium and solid compared to the Original Elite. The customzations are better, the grips are better, the triggers are a pleasure. Even the Xbox Home button has been upgraded and is sturdy and not "Squishy". Within a few minutes of customizing I noticed an immediate different in my MW abilities. I didnt expect to notice any real difference, but it was there!!! The charging base is also a huge blessing. I was excited to see it was USB-C as it was the biggest thing I hated about the xbox controllers of past (micro USB is terrible), however the dock has made that moot anyway!! Also unlike the cable, putting it on the dock charges it without turning the xbox back on!

This controller has been a literal game changer. I’m only disappointed I didn’t buy one sooner. You really notice how much better it is once you get it all set up and then switch back to the standard controller. My KD is way up since I changed to this controller. With FPS games thousandths of a second can be all the difference. This makes you faster and more precise and with the paddles you no longer have to take. Your fingers off other controls giving you the advantage.

I'm blown away by this controller. First time user of an elite controller and I'm not disappointed. All buttons work well and smoothly. I love the trigger adjustments. Although I'm a bit confused when it comes to the paddles and how to set them. Its definitely worth buying.

Love this controller honestly I bought some scuffs but the elite way better love it honestly I even bought one for my brothers and I Oder.a custom one too

With excellent customization options and responsive controls, this controller is a great investment for serious gamers. Highly recommend!

Is really good controller for competitive gaming but unfortunately the sticks do get stick drift after daily use. It will give about 4 months before you need another controller. But because extended warranty that kind solve the issue if you have the extra money to afford it.

Love having paddles especially when it comes to competitive gaming is helps the overall game play.

I think these are a great alternative to the Elite Pro. If you're just looking for a nice rechargeable controller with the ability to upgrade what you choose. Still, the Pro has all the bells and whistles and that nice case! I doubt you'll be disappointed with either/or.

Great controller. Love all the extra buttons on the backside. Makes playing Fortnite much easier. The only change I would make is having a mic on the controller like PlayStation does. other than that it definitely has a high end feel to it.

Pretty good controller, better option for a replacement of the $179 version since I’ve gone through 2 of those already; this one has lasted a while already.

This is a very good product. It has been so much better than my previous controller. It has a lot of configuration with the paddles which makes it so good to use.

Excellent controller. Highly recommend. It goes on sale often and is worth the price. This is our second controller. We have had the other one for more than a year with no issues. It is responsive and versatile. The ability to remove the joysticks to clean is helpful, and charging the controller instead of constantly replacing batteries is a huge plus.

Good quality control, doesn’t come with back paddles, no big deal here but if looking for a true elite control not this in.

I was a bit skeptical on the open box condition but was way more than what i was expecting in terms of condtiion like new amd for a very good price point glad i used best buy as usually do for tech stuff
