Let me start out saying I play Xbox at least 3 hours a day. I am 48 years old and have played on pretty much every system over that timeframe. This controller is the best one I have ever used. However, it isn't perfect. The first one I got right after they came out had an issue where one of the triggers sticking a few months later. I swapped it out using the Geek Squad warranty for a new one. Purchased another warranty, and this one started having movement continue after releasing the right stick, after about a year of constant use. Makes it challenging to play certain games, so I will be swapping it out again and getting another. Buy the Geek Squad coverage. Totally worth it!

Purchased as an open box and couldn't be more satuafied. The controller feels very nice and the little travel case it comes with is also high quality. I use it mostly for my computer but sometimes take it with me to a friends house to use with their xbox.

I have purchased this controller twice since it was released. The accessories that come with the controller are easy to interchange and store when not utilized. I have used the paddles just about every way you can have them, but I only keep two of the paddles connected instead of all four. I would not purchase this product without adding the BestBuy protection plan.

Controller works awesome and looked brand new. I've had no issues gaming with it and it makes game play super smooth.

By far the best controller on the market for any system! Hands down 1,000x better than standard Xbox controller and blows away the PS5 controller too. Thumbsticks have a perfect balance of smooth and tight. Buttons have a very satisfying n mechanical click. The variable triggers make it so easy to switch between a short travel for shooters and a long travel for racing or throttle based games

Great controller. The colors are way better when holding it in hand. The top buttons and triggers are a very nice metallic shade of red. If you don't like the new d-pad, you can switch it out cheaply and easily with traditional cross-type ones since the d-pad and analog joysticks are magnetically attached.

I've had two previous Elite Series controllers. I definitely see the upgraded quality on this one against the previous version. The built in battery and the case being a charging case is also awesome. Idk if its because i've gotten use to the Series X controller or previous Elite controller but this one feels slippery. It just feels like it can fall out of my hands for some reason. I wish i knew why it felt that way. I also didnt know it didnt have the feature of quickly switching from PC to Xbox like the Series X/S controller by double tapping the sync button. I guess that new feature is something i've gotten use to. Regardless this controller is still great. The wireless charging is so convenient even with the fear of it degrading over time.

Awesome controller the extra buttons help when playing games like COD making it to where your not lifting your fingers off the joysticks.

The best Xbox controller it feels really premium and smooth

I got this to replace my 2 year old elite series 2 which was starting to feel worn out. I just took the old paddles and put them on the new one. The black and white storm trooper look is nice.

One of the best controllers I've ever used. Got a little over 20 months, and over 1000 hours worth of intense gaming before signs of stick drift. nice and hefty and feels like its a controller worth almost $200. The features like back paddles and trigger stops are a God-send, and are great for competitive and casual gaming. Worth its weight and if you play everyday or just a weekend gamer its worth it if you give it some love.

This controller has changed gaming on my Xbox forever. I don’t want to game with any other controller. From the grip, adjustable triggers, paddles, and options/settings; it’s incredible. The only downfall is that it’s my 4th one. The Rn/lb for me have broken or become unplayable because of how hard I need to push down on them. I don’t know if I personally have had bad batches but that’s my main complaint. For a controller that is very expensive I should only have to purchase one. But like I said I don’t want another controller lol this makes gaming very fun and they’re a breeze to use.
