I love this controller, at first I thought it was too much with all the extra buttons and controls but it gets very easy to use after playing with it for awhile!

The short travel of the triggers is great for FPS. If you take the time to map the buttons, adjust the sensitivity of the thumb sticks, adjust in game sensitivity to match, and then practice, this controller works wonders. If just buying it to use as a controller and never diving into the settings, you're better off saving your money and getting a regular controller. Spend the time with the controller settings on the Xbox and in game settings and you will enjoy using the Elite 2 Controller and never go back. That is the reason the settings are there!!! If you need a starting point, look up what others are doing for a particular game, start there and tweak to your liking,

High end controller. It does make a difference when playing COD and even regular games. It will be a good addition for the next Tekken 8.

Remote feels superior to any other in the market and offers versatile adjustments to fit your needs. Great purchase for grand gameplay!!

Bought over 8 different controllers for my son including the first Elite controller. This controller was a favorite besides the inability to endure the life of a streamer. Bestbuy replacement plan is great and bought two of these controllers so that while one is working the other one can be exchanged, however just like the elite one series Bestbuy goes out of stock on these controllers and there is none to replace it with. For this reason I bought my son the Wolverine Ultimate and it is his new favorite. Bestbuy does not stock this controller though. Only time will tell if it can last longer than 2-3 months. if you already have accessories from the normal Elite series 2 this is a great replacement to save a few bucks. However, I would not purchase if you don't have or are not planning to get the back buttons. While not that big of a deal I am slightly disappointed that the triggers and numbers don't have the same metal feel they had on the original series 2.

Super responsive and I love being able to map my buttons or swap for paddles. Recommend getting the warranty because sometimes RB and sticks can go bad.

The best controller on the market! I love everything from the very premium metal triggers, the rubber grips, and even down to the button presses. The controller offer an amazing feature called "shift key" which changes what the button functions can do. Using it to change my TV volume has been an absolute game changer! I can't recommend this controller enough to anybody who is looking to improve their gaming experience.

Numbers seem to wear quickly. Definitely buy the warranty.

The controller feels premium and heavy I enjoy it alot

I bought an Xbox Series X system. Really love it but the controller seemed a bit weak. The buttons were loose, the joysticks were not real tight, and no texture to the body. A friend recommended I buy the Elite Series 2. Oh my gosh!!! The buttons are way better, the joysticks can be tightened or loosened, great texture with no slippage, and extra buttons on the backs. Everything can be programmed and you can setup three different profiles. And I got it on sale!!!!

I have for a long time been very displeased with XBOX controller that were manufactured by Microsoft. You ended up paying a premium price for a product that was anything but. They would malfunction after a marginal amount of time, and even physically break with little wear and tear. The Elite 2 is proving to be a step in the right direction. The premium build quality and vast amount of customizable features make for a very well made, and well conceived controller. USB-C or wireless charging by way of a docking station that is provided are great additions to improve the value. The down side is really the idea that it takes over $150 of a price tag for Microsoft o provide a quality controller option. But at least it's a pretty good one.

It's an amazing controller. Couldn't have asked for it to work any better.

I have bought these controllers mutiple times and i will say there is a bitter sweet relationship with them. They allow for an overall better gaming performance for sure but much like all other controllers stick drift is a major issue after awhile, and if you can fix it then it can last for a few years, but eventually the wear starts to become apparent like with all other things.
