Before this, I want to say that I bought my product as open box excellent condition. I rated 4 star because the controller came without the little covers for the trigger stops but everything works well. There is a bit of drift, but this might be because the joysticks are so loose that my character slightly moves when I shake my controller. Other than that, everything works perfectly as intended and is someone who should buy for the paddles to avoid the “claw” method of holding a controller.

Second controller I’ve gone through and I don’t even play often. The Series One I had also had to be replaced. For the money you spend, these controllers should last much longer.

The xbox elite series 2 is great for competitive gaming.

This controller is perfect but lacks longevity with normal use. Not a super heavy gamer, maybe 2hrs at a time if that. If it wasn't for Geek squad, I probably wouldn't recommend. I've had 4 so far and have gotten 4-6 months before a button, bumper or trigger starts to malfunction.

I have had four of these controllers, sometimes replaced via Microsoft warranty, other times replaced via Geek Squad protection. The left bumper always goes out. Hope that you don't play bumper jumper or you will be very frustrated. Other than this consistent flaw, the controller is amazing. Every feature regarding both hardware and software is great! I only need the LB button to work when the game is on the line...

Great purchase for a gamer at any level! Has a rechargeable battery and case that displays the controller great! The extra attachments allow you to get specific with how you play.

Best controller ever! Extended use can make some buttons sticky. Over fantastic. Love the adjustability.

Really nice controller, has a good weight to it and the grips are extremely easy to hold on to.

This is a nice remote with hints of plastic and rubber. Easily gripped by one’s hands.

I baught 2 of these from different vendors and both had issues with buttons sticking... controller felt great in hand though, abxy buttons felt a little short for me however, almost too low profile for me

The function is amazing being able to use the paddles and customization. On that same note the quality is some what lacking as the rest of the elites the rb and lb are always an issue . No stick drift yet after a year …yet

Overall, its a great controller but it’s pricey. I love the customization options and the battery life, and I don’t regret the purchase at all. It’s probably closer to worth the 139.99 price I’m seeing it discounted to now If you’re strapped for cash, theres nothing wrong with the regular Xbox controller. If you can afford it but are unsure, it might be worth considering the cost of a battery or two for the regular, and figure out how much all the other extras are worth to you.

Controller is great tbh except it does have some quality control issues. Out of the box when I purchased it 05/2021 the left analog stick didn't really work unless I press really hard. Over time pieces start to just break or become less clicky and effective like my LB button now. If you purchase this I highly recommend getting the protection plan with it because you will need it.

The controller itself is excellent but make sure to buy the protection plan as they break easily.

even though I rarely game anymore when I do, this is a nice controller to have plus the color is as the kids say fire

No controller feels as good as this one and the triggers are awesome.
