I use a Scuf Reflex PS5 controller for a lot of my gaming that has rear paddle buttons. Some of the games launched on my PC through the XBox app don't play nicely with that controller so I thought I would pick up an equivalent XBox controller. Much to my dismay there aren't any rear paddles on this "elite" controller!!!!! I never would have even thought to check if that's something an "elite" controller came with or not...the PlayStation equivalent includes them. Disappointed that XBox/Microsoft would even have this as an option and wouldn't explicitly call out that there are no paddles on this "elite" controller. But I do have spaces where paddles are supposed to go that I can look at I guess. Not sure what the point of this controller is compared to the standard XBox controller.

I absolutely love this controller you cant beat it! I got one around 3 years ago and after about a year and half it got really bad stick drift whis is insanely annoying especially since its $180, you would think it wouldnt break but i guess not. Nonetheles, this is my second controller of it that im buying. Although this time i bought the warranty for it

Only issue I’ve run into with this remote is the bummers. Seem to fail sooner than anything else.

Bumpers and sticks are still very fragile and dont last very long

I dropped my Elite 2 on my tile floor and it was FUBAR. So I hopped on my BB app and saw there was a nice Total Tech deal for this fella. It’s just the base controller (no accessories) but my old stuff from my jacked up Elite 2 snapped right on. I was gaming in minutes. If you F’d your Elite 2 controller you can get this to replace it at a discount!

Amazing controller! The customization is insane. Compatible with Xbox Series X/S & PC. It's my daily driver. I love it. My only issue was that after a couple of years the shoulder buttons are now really sensitive and will register multiple clicks with one push. Fortunately I have the RB LB buttons mapped to the back buttons, so its not a big deal. If this happens to you call MS immediately so they can replace it while still under warranty.

Good controllers as I don’t have the need of the more expensive controllers. Only thing I notice is the buttons and joysticks can stop working after a year or more

Amazing accuracy and adaptation of buttons to any game! Best controller for the elite or pro player. A Must have! I named mine : Wardaddy due to its awesomeness.

controllers a necessity for gaming. Its just too expensive, and its guaranteed to break, so get yourself that replacement plan. Im on my 3rd elite 2, as the RB/LB keeps breaking, or the little adhesive pads inside behind the triggers gets stuck and the triggers start sticking. This should be prices at $99.99

Love the controller and the feel and playability of it

After playing with it during the Halo Infinite Insider Flight, I'd highly recommend it! The buttons and reduced trigger time helps so much with FPS games specifically and it feels like a must if you're looking for a premium controller for PC and Xbox gaming. With so much customization on the controller and the app, it feels incredible. Can't wait for Halo Infinite and to try out the controller even more! I'll probably pick up Battlefield and Far Cry to use this controller more.

Customization is cool and all. BUT The battery life alone is enough of a reason to buy this controller. Feels nice and well built, so far so good for the first year. The paddles on the rear of the controller are actually a blessing and a curse, some games you love using them and other games, well good thing they are removeable! Only reason for 4 out of 5 for 'value'; its expensive but worth it if you're a gaming enthusiast.
