Love the elite controllers. Would have liked for this to come with the accessory pack, but it’s still very good, if overpriced

I am an xbox elite controller power user. I bought the gen 1 controller when it came out and then upgraded to gen 2. The latter was the worst controller in terms of durability. I upgraded to this one because I didn't need the accessories. So far so good. Just to be safe I bought the warranty. No regrets.

Great controller! It’s a nice change from the elite

Good quality, controller is way more responsive than original controllers. Love the interchangeable buttons, d-pad. Triggers are amazing!

Besides precision, the controller just feels tough, like I won't break it in 3 months.

This purchase was for a replacement of first Elite Controller. Great great controller BUT it is definitely more fragile. One of the critical control buttons decided to not work, thus rendering this controller useless for battle. Buy the extended warranty from BestBuy on this item. At $150 for a replacement, the 2 year warranty price is really worth it. Not Best Buy’s fault that this controller broke. C’mon Microsoft. Add a cost effective warranty extension.

So far no stick drift or any issues. Loving this. A lot better than the regular controller. well worth the money.

Love the option to raise or lower the triggers and the ability to change the color of the xbox symbol

Big improvement over the series one as far as functionality. The hair trigger is much better the fact you can tighten the joy sticks to your liking is a added plus gives you better feed back. To me it doesn’t feel as sturdy as the series one though. The bumper buttons seem a little weaker. But the control feels slimmer which again in my opinion is better. Still think it is over priced but still a great controller if you want to spend the money

Solid controller, but at least for me they are not too comfortable. Not a fan of the paddle system

The controller is awesome if it doesn’t have some kind of fault. I had to return the first one because some buttons were funky, but the second one is perfect! (I highly recommend getting the warranty)

Better than the regular controller that comes with the console. Although some of the buttons have to pressed just a little harder to register.

I bought the series one controller and had issues with 2 over time. When the series 2 was announced, I was ecstatic to be able to game with ease and with paddles, which I grew attached too. Months later, I started to experience controller drift in the left joystick, which is a horrible issue for practically every game. I hope Xbox puts better care in future products. TIP: if you buy, buy the warranty

Way better then your average Xbox one controller had the first Elite Controller and this second generation is even better with even more to control SMART!!!

Excellent controller! Can feel the quality that went into the product. Much better fit to the hand vs the original control from an Xbox one. Best Buy did an amazing job at answering all of my questions did so with a positive attitude and huge smile. Kudos to Microsoft for the remote design and Best Buy for thir amazing service!

Love the controller! Nice weight. The paddles take a little time to get used to nut once you do they are a thumb saver. hahaha! Great purchase.

I absolutely love this controller you cant beat it! I got one around 3 years ago and after about a year and half it got really bad stick drift whis is insanely annoying especially since its $180, you would think it wouldnt break but i guess not. Nonetheles, this is my second controller of it that im buying. Although this time i bought the warranty for it
