A sibling of mine ask me to buying for him and sended in over to México, he's very happy with his purchase, very expensive...most be a way better than a regular control!

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was not happy with my purchase when upon opening it the paddles were inserted into the controller already which I think messed up one of the buttons that one of the paddles clicks on to use its function! And those paddles are NOT supposed to be already inserted but in the holder in side the case with all the other attachments so now I dont know what I can do to replace it since the store is still closed due to the pandemic going on!!!! I would never buy any thing ever again thru best buy's web site ever again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Incredible controller with terrible build quality

However, I am needed to replace the controller again after having button issues and stick drift issues. I always take great care of my tech so these widespread mechanical issues are a damper on an otherwise great controller. Definitely get the Best Buy replacement warranty for this one.

Almost $200 for a controller?!

It feels good to use it and the bottom triggers make a difference. I didn't notice much difference between the series 1 and series 2, so I don't know that it's worth paying to replace if you own one already.

My first one got stuck drift in 2 months of playing a few hours after work. Being my first controller with paddles, I caved and got another one. The second one lasted 5 months, then the right bumper started double pressing. Not really sticking, but you couldn’t only click it once. It’s not a huge problem, just a little annoying for $190
