The additional customization is amazing for hardcoare players, and the newly designed grips are much better as well. Very satisfied!

A couple years in, I had issues with button activation (mostly bumpers) and rubber coming unglued. These problems exacerbated until finally recently becoming unusable. This does not appear to be a defect, just poor design and materials. I expect more from Microsoft, especially at this price point.

Various functions and settings along with being able to customize many features of the controller maker it a must have

Once having and elite its hard to go back. However they are fragile. First one is almost unusable now from 1 bad drop
