BEST CONTROLLER FOR FPS ESPECIALLY APEX LOL
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.so just to put this out there i am mkr being paid for this review. So i have tried many pro controllers in the past from scuf, turthe beach and dualsense edge and this by far is the best one as far as responsiveness, comfort and grip, and the 4 mappable back paddles, and interchangable thumbsticks which is why i settled on this one for my FPS games like Apex Legends and The Finals, ive pesosnlly seen a great improvemnt in my gameplay espcially tracking and aiming, granted skill plays a huge part but having a controller like this keeps my thumbs on the sticks at all times with the rear paddles. I reccmomend it, you can use it on xbox series X/S and also on PC, works great with handheld PCs like ROG Ally and Lenovo Legion Go. If the price tag is a bit much i reccomend waiting for a sale or just buy a second hand one like i did from Best Buy i paid 110 for mine its practically new no issues 3 months in.

Next version needs Hall
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Minor stick drift until some tuning. I owned the previous elite so I knew what I was getting. I just love the weight, build quality (less the sticks) and MS needs to use Hall next time. Perfect controller if they did.

Great controller just a bit expensive
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Honestly, this is my favorite Xbox controller I’ve ever had. Love the fact that it doesn’t use batteries, you can easily charge it. It charges quickly, and it lasts around 40 hours. Stick drift would be my only real concern as all my previous Xbox controllers have had quite a bit of it after many many months of use. But so far 4 months in, 0 stick drift, but too early to tell if it’ll be a problem. I would also recommend buying the elite series case and components from Xbox as that has really elevated my experience with the controller. Don’t cheap out and buy from unauthorized sellers, I promise you it’s worth it. I think my only real problem with it, is that it’s on the expensive side. If you have the money for it, I’d say go for it. It’s the best that Xbox themselves provide, but not the best on the market.

Xbox Elite Controller Series 2
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This has been my first xbox elite controller and it has been the best controller ever. It feels amazing in hand and has a nice weight to it! The sticks don’t stick at all and they glide around with ease! I also love that I can change the d-pad and the analog sticks. I got the white controller and ordered some purple paddles, analog sticks, and d-pad and it looks amazing! Would definitely recommend this controller to anyone that enjoys to game!

Good premium feel
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a good premium feeling controller with some good weight to it and the functionality of the adjustments you can make is nice. The only downside is that for this model the paddles in the back and the different sized thumb sticks are not included compared to the higher priced model that come with those accessories. I do love the color options that are available in this version.

Great Controller
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My first Elite Controller, I never owned one until recently. The feel of the controller is good and well made. The weight it has compare to the standard controller is good. The option to easily replace the thumb sticks and add the paddle trigger. Overall its a great controller for the money.

Plug and play and easy to use
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The controller fits well and is ready to be either plug and play or wired with an included cable which is USB to USB-C, the cable has plenty of reach being about 6 feet long, and the controller itself is easy to program and use. My only gripe is that I didn't pay enough attention in the beginning and see that the paddles you can put on the controller were separate.

Perfect for comfortable ergonomic gaming
||Posted . Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. If you are looking for a more streamlined and comfortable controller this is it. I have used it for 2.5 years and it is still working well. I play a lot of fast paced games that push the controller pretty hard, so very slight stick drift has started at the 2.5 year mark. The battery last for multi day gaming. Usually i am charging it once every 2 weeks with 20+ hour weeks.

Great Controller.
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love this controller. It’s great if you already own the elite 2 and have all the extra pieces. It’s easy to map buttons (on PC, I don’t use this with the Xbox) and love all the customization options on it. I’ve had decently good luck with the build quality although I’ve heard the bumpers break often. I would suggest getting a protection plan if you’re using it often, it’s worth it.

Best Controller on the Market
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is the best controller for gaming. I use this primarily on PC, not on the Xbox. Sony's cheap uncomfortable design is just lackluster for gaming for extended hours and causes your hand to cramp up, which can be painful. The regular Xbox Controller is ok and comfortable, But this Elite Series 2 is amazing as its even more comfortable and just feels amazing in every aspect. From the smooth upgraded joysticks, to the rubberized grip on the handles. Most of the parts can be swapped out as well which is a huge plus if you are as aggressive a gamer as I am. I'd recommend this over any controller on the market. Definitely worth the extra cost.

Microsoft elite series
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Microsoft Xbox Series Elite Controller feels premium and customizable, with swappable parts and extra features that make gaming smoother. It’s definitely pricier than a regular controller, but the build quality and performance make it worth it for serious gamers.”

Great upgrade
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Huge upgrade from a regular controller. The weight is heavier but that makes it so much better. The grip pads are an excellent touch. Love the different map settings and light customization. And getting paddles is a must

Excellent Controllers
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The weight of the controller is perfect, and the black textured grips are a nice aspect of the controller. They charge fairly quickly as well, and the braided extra-long charging cables are of good quality. Overall, these are the best Xbox controllers I have ever experienced in all my years playing since the original rollout of the OG Xbox console back in 2001. Originally, I was a bit iffy about the price as I was purchasing two in total, but honestly it is proving to be a worthy investment overall. Very pleased with my purchase.

||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Amazing Controller – Great Feel and Performance! The Elite Series 2 Core (White) is absolutely worth it! The build quality feels premium, the buttons and thumbsticks are super responsive, and the adjustable tension is a game-changer for shooters and racing games. The wireless connection is solid, battery life is strong, and the clean white design looks fantastic. Get the two year Geek Squad Warranty…
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’ve already gone through three of these. The way they feel and function are great and I prefer them over the SCUF controllers and they’re of course way better than the standard Xbox controllers. Hence why I still keep getting them despite their build quality issues. The bumpers go out within a year each time and the sticks get stick drift pretty quick. For example- I’m a moderate gamer, I work two jobs so I only play an hour or two a night- if that- and within 8 months a brand new Elite I bought had already gotten stick drift in both sticks bad. You get a one-year manufacturer warranty but you have to send the controller in and wait weeks for them to send it back. I made that mistake on the first controller I bought. It had broken bumpers on both sides- and they ended up sending me back a controller with fixed bumpers but with loose plastic rattling around inside (Microsoft/Xbox not Best Buy’s fault). So I decided to get the two year geek squad warranty after that on the next one I bought. Returned my most recent one after getting that stick drift within 10 months and immediately got my new controller from them, no sending back to Xbox, just had to pay for another two year warranty. I’ll likely have to get another one within a year or two. If Microsoft/Xbox could just beef up the quality on their bumpers and fix the dang stick drift it’d be a 5-star controller for sure.

Theres a reason why its titled “Elite”
||Posted . Owned for 7 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This controller looks similar to the original but its nothing near it. You can feel the quality once its held in your hands. The rubber on the left and right stick have some grip which make all the difference and it also has adjustable trigger depth to help make it more sensitive. The home button also changes colors which is awesome if your looking for that custom look.

Cannot map extra buttons to keyboard buttons
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. If you are buying this controller because you want to be a pro gamer who uses can press the A, B, X, Y buttons while still using the joy sticks, then this IS the controller for you. If you are buying this controller because you like to play game pad compatible PC games or driving sim games and just want a few more buttons to map actions to, DO NOT BUY THIS CONTROLLER. You cannot remap the extra buttons to other functions not already on the controller. Pros: Build quality is top notch. Feels very solid and the customizable joy sticks and D-pad are a an amazing feature. Battery life is solid going several days without recharging with daily use. Cons: There are some firmware issues that can cause the controller not to be recognized correctly by some windows systems. This issue has been on going for years. That said, even though it doesn't get recognized correctly sometime, it still functions as a game pad all the time. The biggest issue is that the extra buttons on the back of the controller CANNOT BE REMAPPED TO OTHER KEYBOARD BUTTONS. These buttons can only be mapped to buttons already on the controller. This is a completely ridiculous software lockout that makes these buttons obsolete for my purposes. My only reason for keeping my rating as high as it is is that this controller does what it is designed to do and it does it well.
