The elite has added trigger option on the bottom so it may be better for someone who play games which need extra triggers. We ended up using 2 or 3 times and sold it.

Can also add paddle buttons to the back. My only gripe would be it does not come with atleast a set of paddles to add.

Though the warranty plan is recommended as most times these do start wearing out.
