Excellent controller. Love the interchangeable sticks and the adjustable vibration and trigger! The texture of the grip area is incredible. The price is high, but totally worth everything that comes with it.

Son wanted this upgraded controller for his xbox gaming and he loves it! He likes the customizable options it has.

By far the best controller ive ever played with! It fits in the hands very nice. Holding the controller is incredible! And youll never run out of ways to set up this controller to make it your own! I just wish there were more colors.

This controller is everything you want in 2020. The only thing I will say is get the insurance. I'm very gentle with all my devices (especially controllers- considering how fragile they tend to be). Alot of my friends have been experiencing knob drifting, and other little things malfunctioning.... Long story short, excellent controller, but that insurance will SAVE YOUR POCKETS in the long run. *My left stick is starting to feel a little lose after about a month or so of having it.

I had my eyes on this for a while. Bit the bullet after missing out on Black Friday sales but i love the purchase! Its been helpful on games and Fps. And it feels premium with its padding and grip and extra tactical buttons.

I love this thing. Nothing like running the battlefield with ease when you're using this controller. If you're into flying in Battlefield, this is well worth the month. With the accessory app, you can even set a macro to "dip dip potato chip" with a single tap of a paddle. Highly recommended!

Then this controller isn't for you. Just kidding. The Elite Series 2 controller caters to your every need. Does it feature excellent grips? Yes! Does it have multiple attachments? Yes! Will it cook for you? No, but it wishes it could! This bad boy has all the features of the previous Elite controller, with the addition of adjustable thumbstick tension, a profile quick-select button, and an extra trigger stop setting that'll help you spam-fire and miss your shots even faster now!

Thisbis my 4th elite controller. The controller itself is amazing but it will not stand up to the riggers of competitive play. It lasts me about a year before I start losing the RB button and about a month later I'll develop drift. The controller us amazing beyond those issues.

I was skeptical at first about spending so much on a controller, but after just one night of using it, I'm telling you, BUY THIS CONTROLLER! I used it with the new Modern Warfare and it stepped my game up tremendously. You can customize the paddles to whatever setup you'd like. It makes reloading, switching weapons, crouching, and jumping more fluid with not having to move your fingers all over the controller. It is a must from anyone who is competitive down to casual. No regrets. Worth Every Penny!

I’ve had this controller over a year and have had no problems with it. I’m just an average game player so mostly bought this controller because I was tired of having to purchase a new regular controller every year and hoped this one would last longer. So far it has not disappointed. It is heavier than the regular controller but that doesn’t effect my opinion of it as it is still fairly comfortable to use. I like that you can swap out the controller sticks easily.

If you are looking for a premium controller, this is a great choice. For the price this is one of the best paddle controllers you can get. All buttons are fully customizable with the software. If I played more controller this would be my everyday controller! love the charger and case that comes with it also. Used it with my computer and it worked great wired and wirelessly. I ended up returning it because I play mostly with mouse and keyboard.

I have owned the original Elite controller for years. I have replaced parts rather than purchased this newer version, but i am extremely happy with the upgrade. This controller is lighter and feels great in my hands. I am sorry I didnt replace my original elite controller sooner.

A lot of people have complained about the build quality of this controller. I have not had a single issue and think that it is way better than the default controller included with an xbox. It has a great weight and easily swappable joysticks, d-pad, triggers and everything. The ability to adjust the length of the trigger pulls is a great addition as well as the tension adjusters for the joysticks. The rubberized texture feels extremely good in the hands too!

Controller is absolutely amazing. Everything with this feels premium and good to hold. All the accessories and customizations make this the top of the line for Xbox controllers. Price is pretty shocking but standard Xbox controllers tend to get worn out, especially around the joystick area and require buying a new one. Because of the premium materials and build, this thing should outlast standard controllers and not require a replacement after heavy use.

Bought this controller on black friday, and also at an even cheaper price for it being an open box item. It was in great shape all included items were present. Im very happy with my purchase and also the process of receiving it.

While the controller was fine, the "open box" was not as advertised or what I paid for. On line, there are 3 options for my BB Store for open boxes. I paid for "excellent" condition but got home and actually receive "fair" condition. It didn't even come with a charging cable!!! Suppose now there is nothing I can do, but just make sure you get what you paid for BEFORE you leave the store.

Bought the controller when it first released. Approve of the feel and back panels. Unfortunately, the left Thumb Stick lost its clicking, most likely due to overuse/user. Fortunately, purchased the Geek Squad Protection and was able to get a replacement back in August 2020; had to purchase a new Geek Squad Protection plan that was higher than the original price :(
