Its the best controller ive ever had, however the price is very steep. Ive had some really amazing controllers just below this one in my rankings, and the prices were very different. I wish it were just a bit Cheaper.

This controller is well worth the money! With the customization funtion you can always change with your game style. Also the grip on the sides feels very comfortable. The best part is the charging case which charges your controller while also protecting it. Definitely would recommend!

Feels like an elite controller. I was happy to purchase this at a discount. It works very well. Feels expensive and smooth. That is just out of the box. It has multiple triggers you can add as well as different knobs.

So far, this seems like MS took the shortfalls of the Series 1 controller and addressed each one. This fits my hand better, has more personalization, and is rechargeable. I am concerned that the battery is not replaceable, not only for longevity, but on those long gaming sessions. Time will tell if the battery will outlast my ability to game for extended hours. Bought the extended warranty just in case this has similar problems with the bumper buttons or joystick drift over time.

I Love this controller, every button besides the triggers has a replacement and differnt sizes and shapes you can swap out. my favorite feature is the battery it comes with a wireless charger that fits in its carrying case, and the battery has held a charge over 4 days it also works better than any other controller ive used for pc!

The Elite Series 2 controller is one of, if not, my favorite controllers ok the market. Its very comfortable to hold in your hands, and offers tons of customizability for many different games and play styles. This is a must for any xbox user.

I was not expecting to love this controller as much as I do. My experience with different games and how you can have 3 different types of settings for different games is awesome. You can also have the light different color.

If you would like the All in experience, this controller is for you! It comes with everything from the paddles to a case and charging stand. You could go with the core version, but those dont come with any accessories. Overall great controller and great experience!

Controller is wonderful just a few defects for example the bumper don’t last long at all

This controller is unbelievable, I've had it since launch and my Apex game has definitey improved because of it. Being able to adjust the tension on the analog sticks and change to a short tigger pull for semi-autos is amazing. I had the first Gen Elite Controller and the right bumper keep breaking, but the new one is flawless. I took out the bestbuy 2 year warranty since I was paranoid of 1st gen issues. You can't go wrong with this controller especially if you find it onsale.

I heard about a lot of QC issues. I have not gotten any yet. A product this expensive should not have that kind of a reputation though . . . There is supposed to be an extended warranty for 1 year offered by microsoft. I honestly don't know how the warranty works, but the device works just fine.

This controller feel great in the hand qnd is easy to use. This completely changes everything when you play competitive games and helps even thinga up a bit in the "cross platform" world. Between never having to pull my fingers from the thumbsticks and the hair triggers you shave enough ms off your actions to give you a greater chance against the PC guys... I dont miss the mouse and keyboard anymore now.

Def an upgrade from the standard controllers. Battery life is incredible and I love the extra inputs on the back. My original elite controller lasted almost 9 years, hopefully this investment lasts just as long.

It's a pretty good product. I just wish there were better directions for setting up the controller. The box didn't come with directions. Thank god for youtube

This controller is heavier than the regular Xbox controller. You can change out thumb sticks, d-pad and paddles. The thumb sticks have adjustable tension and it allows you to save four presets including the default to the controller (double the first elite controller). The triggers have three settings which are good for those needing to setup for faster shooting in games. This is a durable alternative to the original controller and totally worth the investment for serious gamers.

Very good controller only needs bigger caps on the joysticks but very good after all. specially battery life compare to any PlayStation controller there is no comparison.

I hesitated for the longest time as whether to pick this up since, yes, it is a bit pricey. However, I have no regrets having owned now for several months. Very premium feel to it from the grips, buttons, triggers...just all around. I have had family members who have gone on to buy it after having used mine. Quality also feels solid so I'm hoping it will give me a few years of usage!

Only minor issues so far. sometimes it randomly disconnects, but that's maybe once a week. Reconnect and it's fine. The sticks weren't great for navigating game menus out of the box, bit I think that has to do with the thumbstick tension, which is adjustable. EASILY the most comfortable controller I've ever held.
